“Scott at the 151st Street branch has been very helpful on two occasions lately. I unfortunately had to get a new debit card in early December due to fraud. When my new card arrived I couldn’t activate it. Scott got that sorted for me.Today I had to return as my two previous attempts to activate my Apple Pay had failed. Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past. I found at FNBO it is not. I have been to 3 different offices and every time I get acknowledged by everyone and asked right away how they can help.
I was fortunate to get help from Luis at the Olathe office, he opened my first checking account there and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once that was established I went back to ask him to transfer my IRA to your bank. My previous bank couldn't do anything without calling some one to walk them through it.
Luis got the paperwork done and sent to my old bank. Today I needed some paperwork notarized and Luis took care of that in a very professional manner. Then I asked if he knew where a UPS store was he looked it up and gave me directions.
Again I am extremely with the employees at your bank i have yet to walk in that i have not been immediately greeted and asked how they could assist me. I am impressed with the employees and Luis who work for you.

I deal with the branch at 13701 Metcalf and I can't say enough good things about the staff there. I have never had anything but a highly positive experience. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. Kassi Simpson, the branch manager, has always gone the extra mile to help my wife and I. She helped us with business dealings, with notary signatures on a family member's estate (so many times I can't count) and many other financial obligations.
