“The employee working when I came today Hunter ,was the best representative I’ve ever come in contact with at a GameStop . He worked with me for over 3 hours calling support on my behalf( while still perfectly handling the store) all to make sure I was given the refund I was promised all while GameStop support tried to stop us at every turn, he was transferred multiple times but never gave up. Hunter was absolutely amazing and his dedication to me and getting my issue solved should absolutely not go unnoticed.”

“Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”

“The sales representative was amazed and very helpful and solved my problems that could not be solved by calling Cricket Billing department and customer service not sure if customer service was involved because I was being put on hold and I was talking with different people for just asking 1 questions about why my phone was turn off but was paid 2 days earlier with a text message say thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due on 11/30/23 as normally is and I had text after that saying I had a $20.00 credit due to me after I pay a $10.00 1 time charge made no sense what so ever and also the last person I spoke to on the phone trying to figure out way my phone was turn off and the person sent me a app to use to pay the 10$+ to open the app they sent me but I couldn't open the app because my phone was turn off that when I went to the cricket store in store whitch was taken care in less than 5min whitch I spent over 1 hr on phone with cricket billing and that all I have to say about my last experience calling Cricket to ask and to solved a problem or explain something I thought would be easy but I was wrong ?”

“Excellent customer service; they are service focused to provide just what their customers need and want. We found that the staff was professional and courteous. Thanks go out to both Bruce and Bob. We found their service to be beyond timely, quite amazing how quickly they solved our problem with our projector. Beside fixing our other problem we found out about their bulbs.If anyone needs a bulb they carry their own brand which not only provide convenience but also at competitive pricing. We have found the place we plan to go for all our personal audio and visual needs and for any needs of the community organization we work with and that place is Tri-State Audio and Visual. .”

“Eve, provided the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received at a Verizon store period.

Despite Eve’s manager suggesting she move on to new customers that walk in the door, she refused to do such knowing resolution had not yet been reached with our issue at hand.

Eve = 5 Stars
(Very knowledgeable, polite, patient and hardworking. Worked through her lunch break and wouldn’t let me leave store until we both felt we did all we could to resolve issue, ultimately opening an ongoing investigation)

Location = 4 Stars (manager did not resolve issue, insisted staff move on to next customer)

Verizon as a whole = 1 Star
(Verizon corruptly stole $710 in one month; And after 6 months/ 36 hours of time invested on the phone, being passed from store to store, still no resolution!)
