“Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”

“The sales representative was amazed and very helpful and solved my problems that could not be solved by calling Cricket Billing department and customer service not sure if customer service was involved because I was being put on hold and I was talking with different people for just asking 1 questions about why my phone was turn off but was paid 2 days earlier with a text message say thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due on 11/30/23 as normally is and I had text after that saying I had a $20.00 credit due to me after I pay a $10.00 1 time charge made no sense what so ever and also the last person I spoke to on the phone trying to figure out way my phone was turn off and the person sent me a app to use to pay the 10$+ to open the app they sent me but I couldn't open the app because my phone was turn off that when I went to the cricket store in store whitch was taken care in less than 5min whitch I spent over 1 hr on phone with cricket billing and that all I have to say about my last experience calling Cricket to ask and to solved a problem or explain something I thought would be easy but I was wrong ?”

“Corey greeted us as we came in door with a smile. I was adding a line for my father, (83) and it was super easy. Just like when I signed up with Tmobile. Their customer service is outstanding! We spent about 30 mins at the store. Had new phone, data transferred and out the door to finish our errands. I wanted to make sure I posted a review because in this day and age, it's hard to find good customer service, and I truly appreciate it when I find it! As a company I couldn't be happier with Tmobile and now my dad is happy too!!Thanks for your help Corey!!”

“Loved the large selection of women’s intimates. Milford unfortunately didn’t have half of the cute Valentines lingerie like Anderson. I had a return, that went super quick and easy. when checking out, I accidentally double scanned an item in the Cashier was there immediately to void as opposed to waiting for them to come from where people hide sometimes :)”

“After having breakfast at nearby Wild Eggs, we walked a few blocks to Walgreens because we needed to buy some things we forgot to pack on our trip to Cincinnati. The issue is, when we got there, Walgreens was not open. We got her 10 minutes before opening. It was freezing as it was 40 and we were feeling it even with our coats. Thankfully, a store employee let us in a few minutes early. He totally could have let us freeze out there. I really appreciate he let us in.Typical Walgreens in regards to what they have inside. We combed through the aisles and found the items we needed. After paying we quickly went on our way but got a Lyft back to the hotel. Again the guy let us stay in the store until Lyft picked us up.”

“Best experience ive ever had at a furniture store. The employees were very knowlegdable and helped me find exactly what I wanted and what worked for me and my family. The GM James was so great he has outstanding customer service and truley cares about his customers. Everything was delivered day and time they said it would be the delivery guys were so professional and set everything up for me and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I will definitely be returning for all of my furniture needs. High recommend!!!”

There was one section of clearance clothing that was trashed- clothes all thrown together, falling off the racks, etc. The women's restroom also needed a good cleaning- trash on the floors, dirty surfaces. But overall, not a bad Target.”

“This grocery store is easily the best shopping experience I've had anywhere in Southeast Cincinnati in a while. They were clean, well appointed, bright, had everything and non grocery odds and ends, great carts, seamless self checkout. Best of all open late so they saved the day when my usual nearby grocery didn't have much of what I needed.”

“This was the only gamestop in the cincinnati/northern kentucky area that had the item I was looking for, which was a switch game. Very quick and easy in and out. They also had other items I purchased too that I had not seen at the other gamestops!”
