“My aunt and I came down from Ohio to this store. We usually go to the Chillicothe store but it has really gone downhill. We loved this store! The clothes selection was wonderful. The staff was very nice. We weren't sure where things were but a very nice lady took us to what we were looking for. The checkout line only had 1 cashier near the mall area and the line was pretty long. She apologized for the wait and was very nice. We look forward to coming back in the future. Looks like we have a new favorite JC Penney's store. 😃”
“My aunt and I came to this store from OH. She previously lived in NC and we always loved going to Belk down there. This store was awesome, such a nice selection of clothes. I was able to get a shirt I wanted and they were buy 1 get 2 free. I was so happy! My aunt always liked Ruby Road clothes and she was glad to see them there. We did see a lot of Alfred Dunner clothes, that's what my 80 year old mother wears. We didn't get to go in the home store area but will definitely check it out next time we go. Thanks Belk, we missed you and look forward to coming back.”
“Got my car an oil change today, the crew here are always helpful and informative. I meyandered around shopping while they worked, got me some nice Polo shirts and a soda to wake me up since my oil change appointment was at 0730. They got me outta there pretty quick for only having 2 guys in the garage this morning too.”
“Had a wonderful experience at this location today because of the associate named Hunter. I had a problem with a gift card I bought from mid-town krogers. They refused to help me even though they sold me the card. Hunter was able to use her problem solving skills easily and fix my problem to get the card to work. She was compassionate, friendly, informed and had a great attitude. I had an extremely large order that I needed to come back for and the store handled it beautifully.”
“Inflations a bit much other than that and the fact they completely rearranged to selections everything was a positive experience. The self checkout areas are now larger making it easier to check out at Ashland, KY.”
