They helped setup my new phone and showed me the new features on it! It was like an early Christmas gift to me from Verizon! Would recommend going to this location for any of your phone needs and they will take care of you.”

I think I talked to every employee there and they were each kind, friendly, and funny! Zack, Charlie, Joe, Bryan, Matt, Daniel, and the guy with the red hair/ beard (missed his name) were all great to work with and helped with each issue until it was resolved!”

“Awesome service- I never go anywhere else! I have purchased my last 5-6 phones from CellPhone Doctor and have received nothing short of fantastic service and quality devices each visit. On my last visit, I came in with a completely inoperable phone. The knowledgeable tech went over all my options, including simply replacing the battery ($99) on my iPhone XS Max- or purchasing a new phone. I opted to buy a new phone. He spent a ton of time transferring EVERYTHING over to my new phone- including my Apple Watch- which he did not have to do. I know their business hours may be limited- but it is absolutely worth it to go there. And if all of that wasn't enough to sell you on going to CellPhone Doctor....they have a shop Puppy!!! This was the most well behaved puppy I have ever seen in my life :)”

I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. “What a gem of retro gaming and gifts in our area! GameStop doesn't carry any of the retro stuff anymore and their stores seem so bare. This place is packed to the brim with new, old, and nostalgic items. They have movies, vinyl, comic books, Funko, fandom gear, televisions, and hard to find items. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are conveniently located in the large shopping center at the corner of Hurstbourne Pkwy and Taylorsville Rd, near Kroger. You can count on having help when you need it and feeling free to browse and explore without feeling rushed - this introvert's dream come true! If you are looking for used newer games, retro gaming, unique hard to find items, be sure to visit them. They buy, sell, trade, so if you need to unload old stuff, they are really fair.”

Gabe was exceedingly knowledgeable and efficient in both initial contacts and even more so in person when I then came in to purchase my new phone. He answered my questions thoroughly and was extremely helpful and pleasant.
