“Had my first experience with Layaway today with Jeff.
I wasn't sure and it was my fault on not knowing how it fully worked. But turns out that it was the best thing to happen after realizing I need a vape and etc for now.
Going to be able to pay off monitor and headset in less than 2 weeks.

“Production had ceased on the Revel speakers I was trying to find. So, I contacted Harmon/Kardon by email, and I was told to contact my local Revel dealer, which was Crawford Entertainment Systems, here in Louisville, Ky.
Long story short. I worked with Chris for the most part, but two or three other persons were involved as well. They were all great, friendly guys, including the owner. I highly recommend this company, and the people who work here!”

“Not a very nice target. Seems dated. Also small. Curbside orders take a half a day or more while they advertise two hours or less. It’s okay, but not the greatest. They don’t carry many items that of other stores.”
“Our experience started with a misunderstanding about a promotion that was not applied as we were originally told. At first, we were very disappointed because we believed the issue could not be resolved.
However, Bethany continued working on our case even after our visit to the store. She kept us informed, got the promotion applied to our account, and made sure we received the appropriate credit. We truly appreciate that she followed through and didn’t give up until the problem was resolved.
While we hope Verizon can improve its process so situations like this don’t happen in the future, we also want to recognize Bethany’s professionalism, kindness, and persistence in making things right.
