“I have a late 90s Sony stereo (radio, CD player, and tape deck). The CD player hasn't worked in years and one of the speakers started clicking recently. They were able to fix the speaker right away and explained that unfortunately they couldn't fix the CD player because Sony stopped making the lasers in 2016. The associate was surprised that it still worked really well otherwise as that model was made to only have a useful life of about 10 years. Very professional and kind staff - it was a pleasure!”

“I had a great experience with Bonnycastle when we purchased our first set of laundry machines after moving into a house without these appliances. When we decided we wanted a second set, I was overwhelmed thinking about how I’d find someone to cut the dryer vent, do the plumbing, and add an electrical plug for the new machines. I called bonnycastle to explain what I wanted. They came out and verified it was feasible given our current setup, and then we were off to the races. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they were able to handle all aspects of adding the second set, so I never had to find different tradesmen myself for each component of the project. This was extremely helpful and reassuring. The machines were in stock, and I was doing dual loads of laundry within a week! Bonnycastle turned what I thought would be a nightmare project into a dream. Highly recommend this company for when you have a complicated appliance project that requires more than simple installation. Bonnycastle will be our first stop for future appliance needs.”

“Gene and his team designed and installed an outdoor TV and audio speaker system for the large deck behind my house. They were able to do it without having to demolish or construct anything -- they just used the existing structure (with some discrete modifications) and the result is very professional in both appearance and performance. I love being able to listen to music through our wireless Sonos system and the high quality speakers they installed. They have also responded promptly for a couple of service calls during the 9 months since the installation to tweak a couple of things, at no additional charge -- so they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.”

“As someone said previously Target is Target. This is a pretty nice store and seems to be well stocked with fresh merchandise. Prices are somewhat high, but they are everywhere. This store was close to where we were and my wife needed a particular item that she has had trouble finding. She found they had it online and when she went in it was there. That was worth an extra star.”

“Target is a massive and established retail giant that has quite a few locations here in the Lousiville Kentucky area. This particular one is located in okolona neighborhood adjacent to the rear of the Jefferson mall in its own separate parking lot and building. I've come to this target more times then I care to count over the years. For those unfamiliar with target they are a department store in the same vein as say a wal mart. Except they are a bit more classy with there setups and take a bit more pride in there stores and serving there customer base . Targets have pretty good sales form time to time and my wife and daughters like every red blooded woman in North America appear to love shopping here. I've joked for years that if I was a single guy I wouldn't go to clubs and bars to meet women. Just go to the local target. This target is very well upkept with stock and cleanliness. There workers are usually available and helpful and they process there lines pretty quickly. They have a little food mart area that anytime my wife mentions going to target my pre teen perks up and is like "we getting the target popcorn?" Evidently Thai target marketplace has good popcorn. Overall a pretty nice department store. I do prefer targets over wal mart when it comes to department store shopping aspect. They do a fine job here.”
