Unfortunately, we’ve had to visit Roy’s Body Shop in La Grange, KY more often than we’d like—but every single time, they remind us why we’ll never go anywhere else. Their team is incredibly professional, friendly, and fast, and the quality of their work is simply outstanding.
Our most recent experience was after a Deer vs. Car situation, and the damage looked awful. But when Roy’s was done with it, the car looked absolutely brand new—you’d never know anything had happened. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right is unmatched.

I brought my 2009 Honda van to Classic Collision with the goal of restoring it as close to “like new” as possible. Despite the van’s age and several issues from years of wear, it has low mileage and I wanted to get many more good years out of it. The team absolutely delivered.

“Car folks that aren't your usual behind the counter auto parts guys. The folks at every Bumper2Bumper that inhabits a place and with its rare sighting, is a colossal find. You ever hear "these guys know cars" in certain circles of the other genre of bird watchers that seem to frequent EVERY part of town N, S, E, and West? Along with the chat ups about "I seen this" OR "I'm pretty sure it was when I consulted the book"? Well, this ain't them " experts". I f you walk in what you thought was an establishment seeming and teeming with those " experts"? Take an about face and consult the "local guide's" expertise and confirm the address. These expert autopartologist's share an introduction with the author's note, and one must entertain the idea of "You know, I'm going to be in the exclusive club and considered a VIP amongst those in the group" of usual backyard bird watchers. So, give the number you came across, looked in the index and discovered, probably by happenchance, a ringy ring. Because my friends, "fluke or a coincidental event", it doesn't work that way as luck, happenchance, coincidence or, if you believe, Fate or Kismet, often seem to have the upper hand in such matters. Do this, and you're "IN". 5 Stars for a life time of "finally, it all fits as it should" from the start of the experience to the finality of that trek. Just like this fine auto parts store..... The gist of my review if understood will present a rarity, that being rarely seen by those fortunate enough, them then to see the rare beauty in and of it.”

“We started coming here a few years ago after I had bad service at my local Louisville dealerships. I highly recommend this place. We use their service department and they are always accommodating with appointment days/times. We did have a problem once when we had an oil change and the cap was screwed on crooked, which caused a very slow oil leak. When we had an error code pop up, we brought it in. They detected the error, apologized for the mistake, and corrected it in a reasonable amount of time. Today my husband took it for an oil change and I mentioned on the phone it was giving another error code. If they could run the code, if they had time, he would be happy to come back for whatever needs fixed. My husband called to tell me they showed him the error code shows our battery has bad cells and is likely to give us problems starting in below freezing weather. They took care of it while he was there. They are so friendly with outstanding customer service!”

“Is there anything worse than a dead car battery?
My husband and I had an unwelcome surprise earlier this morning. We immediately drove to AutoZone in Middletown. Over the years, I have always had great experiences with AutoZone and this time was no different.

“Picking up a part for my Acura this visit. I prefer O'Reilly's over the competition, due to the knowledgeable O'Reilly folks behind the counter. I tend to own a car or two every year. They are used vehicles with high mileage, so the result is repairs are commonplace, and replacement of worn parts I do myself mostly. So, when I have a need for some input from another enthusiast of old school or "new school" O'Reilly's is my go to. Yes, there are plenty of others in town. However, I create an easy rapport with most at my neighborhood O'Reilly's and they with me because of my fame and fortune. I'm famous for holding the record of "Most Auto Repairs Performed on Just Purchased, Due to The Driver Testing Limits Past the Actual". Short for I've wrecked every he's ever owned. Testing limits determined by pushing past them and hitting posts, testing upside down drifting capabilities, and off road accidental wheel off road speeds. 5. “These guys went above & beyond for my auto needs/care! I went to another WalMart, won’t mention which one, and they said they had absolutely NO tires in my size. Crestwood was like “word?” and hooked up my tire. I had a warranty with them but unfortunately it was for my back tires! “Brandon was great, very nice and helpful not pushy. I had plenty of time to think about and decide on the car since its such a huge purchase thats what made it even better. I didnt decide the first day. They let me take it to a mechanic for a second opinion and he told me he thinks it will be a great car and its in great shape! Tri county told me they stand by a full power train warranty, u just have to go there for your future oil changes. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a car and say I referred them too!”
