“Great place to stay.
Rooms and hotel were overall clean and welcoming. Front desk staff and all other staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to everything. Felt safe. Nice outdoor gathering area. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options for everyone. Pool and pool area were very nice and clean. Great for families with kids.
Overall, would recommend staying here. 5 star experience!”

“We shared the down stairs two bedroom accommodation's with family to visit a grandson. Great hotel. Marsha was very accommodating to our needs. Very comfortable. Everything we needed to have a great family experience. Will do this very soon again.

“We stayed here for one night on our way down to Tennessee. We chose this hotel for the trailer/RV parking and because it was right off the highway. This was a very nice, clean and updated hotel. Check in was great and the rooms are very spacious. Not sure why there's no fan in the bathroom. Lots of amenities and close to a good selection of restaurants. This might be nit picking, but our reservation stated that breakfast was included but the front desk didn't mention it when we checked in. We called down in the morning to ask if our breakfast was included as per our email and were put on hold for over 5 minutes. We ended up just going over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast as we were anxious to get back on the road. This might be something the hotel wants to work out with Hotels.com for the future. Other than that, would recommend and would stay again.”

“We stayed here on a Thursday-Sunday in November during the Holiday Shopping Expo. I accidentally left my iPad in the room when we left on Sunday. I received a text and email last week that they found my iPad and offered to mail it to me. It was an easy process, they use a 3rd party to manage the transaction. I received my iPad last night, well packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you Double Tree staff for your service…we look forward to staying with you again in the Spring!”

“Location is great and walk/bike path in the area. Coffee is made at 6 and week. Rooms had hard floor vs. carpet which gives rooms a better look and smell. Windows boarded up with wood. This is against KY fire code and a major safety issue.”

“Since they remodeled it's a really nice place to stay the walls have been repainted you now have a full size refrigerator, full size microwave, two sinks one for washing dishes and one for brushing your teeth, there is also a table with two chairs for you to sit & eat the bathtub is gone it's only a shower now.
