401 Greenup St #2, CovingtonThis is the best Cuban sandwich I have had outside of Miami. The sweet plantain fries were delicious. The staff was very friendly and our food was ready fairly quickly. The owner spent time to talk with us and thank us for the business. I would highly recommend El Jeff's Cubanos to anyone looking for the best Cuban sandwich in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area to stop and vist. Get there early if it is Saturday or Sunday and Fooyball is on.

726 Madison Ave, CovingtonI grabbed takeout from Taj Mahal late one evening last week. My food was ready quickly and was bagged up really well to make sure nothing spilled on the way home. Even my mango lassi was in the brown paper bag with the food, but nothing budged in transit. Since it was late in the evening, free street parking was readily available. The inside of the restaurant is MUCH bigger than it looks from the outside. I'd love to dine in sometime. The staff greeted me and got me my food right when I walked in. I ordered garlic naan, mango lassi, and saag mushroom. All were good! The saag mushroom left just a little to be desired, but I'd definitely eat it again. Would also love to try their tikka masala and several other dishes.

It’s a good place to meet up with friends and have a few laughs. The neighborhood has some cute shops. I especially like the little toy store around the corner.

302 W 12th St, CovingtonThis place was incredible! From the homemade chips to the churro- queso, to the Birria tacos - everything was absolutely outstanding! Absolutely delicious food! They also have some creative drinks, I requested a frozen peach margarita with fresh jalapeños, blended in it and a tajin rim - she made it exactly how I asked for it and it was superb! Definitely must go here. Only downside is there's not a lot of seating at tables, so it's likely you would either have to sit at the bar or the bar in the back. But it was packed on a Wednesday night, such a great sign for an amazing restaurant!
