7901Dream Street, FlorenceFirst time taking my dog to get groomed here. They did a wonderful job! I knew that he would take a bit longer bc of all his fur but after 3 hrs he was done! His coat felt super soft and they trimmed him just as I had requested. When I picked him up, he was in a happy mood which I was pleased to see! The price was reasonable for the service. No complaints. I will be back for sure!

They took blood work and did xrays before referring me to another vet in Cincinnati for surgery. Even though my fur baby ended up not making it, they were so helpful in talking me through my options, and not trying to force me into anything that didn't make sense. They even followed up with me the next day to ask for an update, so I can tell they care about their customers, both canine and human. I will always remember their sympathy, and I'm glad that they were there to help us on my baby's last day on earth. Thank you to everyone who works there... I appreciate it so much.

I cannot put into words how profoundly grateful I am to Jonah, Amanda, Kia and the entire team at PetWow. I faced a terrifying emergency while out on the road, and this clinic was an absolute godsend. The moment I walked through the door in a panic, they did not hesitate for a single second. They rushed into action and went straight to work.
Jonah isn't even a vet yet, but he absolutely should be with how quickly he reacted and assisted in this situation. He went completely above and beyond his job description—he literally took apart my car to save my kitten! Kia and Amanda were right there with him, and the team spent over two grueling hours of intense, tireless work. In a situation where every minute counted, their skill, decisiveness, and refusal to give up made all the difference.
Jonah and the team were incredible not just with my kitten, but also with keeping me calm during a moment of total panic. Thanks to their spectacular dedication, quick thinking, and elite care, my kitten is alive and safe today. This isn't just a clinic; these people are real-life heroes. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. I will never forget what they did for us!

Then a few weeks later when Midnight declined, she assisted us with putting our girl to rest. She spoke in a gentle, soft tone, and gave us comfort during an incredibly difficult time, and treated our kitty with love and respect.
