“People were helpful, but they did not always give me accurate information. For example, they gave me the wrong phone case and put it on for me. I was not able to use the volume button because they were pressed inside of the case. When I took it back, a different employee told me that it was the wrong case.”

“As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Myron. I’ve never had someone greet me like that at this location. First impressions are everything. I’ve had staff not greet me and just let me stand here, with is bad customer service. He tried to help my family get devices, but there were some barriers. Things weren’t going as expected. Myron was not letting us leave the store without a smile on our faces. He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate that so much. His excellent customer service was top tier from the moment we walked in til we left. As long as Myron is working here, we will continue to be a customer!!!”

“Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”
“Ismail is the guy who runs the store here, I bought 2 phones that he had on a limited time offer(which was SO worth the price!). He wasn't in a hurry to get me out the door, he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying accessories or unnecessary items just to up the price. He explained everything exactly as it should have been and I was able to grasp everything BEFORE I made the purchase due to his patience. I will for a fact be coming back and I think that more people should consider trying him out for your phone needs. I appreciate it a bunch!”

“Victra Independence Verizon Store staff member, Sam, jumped through major hoops and went the extra ten miles to get our family’s three un-locked “bring-your-own-phones” off of Tracfone service and activated with Verizon, while keeping our existing phone numbers. If you want to move your BYOP-unlocked iPhone off of Tracfone over to Verizon, keeping your existing phone number, call Tracfone technical support and get a separate transfer authorization for each phone you want to move from Tracfone to Verizon, before you head over to the Victra Independence Verizon Store, and bring the Transfer Authorization Instructions with you. While you are doing this important detail yourself, you are still letting the Victra Independence store staff handle the transfer process instead of you trying to do the transfer process on your own, through Verizon’s web site, which will only lead to failure. Sam was wonderful.”
