Paul (store manager) absolutely awesome. Very helpful. My 4 year old son was with me when I got new phone and Paul helped transfer all the data over and also was very kind as my son ran all over the store. Will definitely go back for all Verizon needs!

Paul was SO helpful and patient with the whole process. He got me a fantastic deal on a new phone and was very knowledgeable throughout. 100% would recommend the Columbia Tusculum store over MANY others in the area.

Quan was very communicative, and got me set up with an upgrade within 30 minutes! She even helped me finalize everything despite the store being very close to closing. I can’t recommend this location enough for the friendly staff and the speed of service!
