“My wife and I had a fantastic experience upgrading our two iPhones. We were fortunate to have Justin as our service representative. He was truly exceptional. His knowledge about all the different models and features was extensive. Justin patiently walked us through our options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each choice. No question was too trivial, and he answered each one with clarity and enthusiasm, making the process much easier. Justin’s friendly demeanor made the whole experience pleasant. We never felt rushed, and he took the time to ensure that we were comfortable with our choices before finalizing everything. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Thank you, Justin, for your outstanding support.”

“Stopped in today in capacity of a rideshare driver just trying to help an elderly rider that got a new phone from somewhere but didnt know she needed a new charging block. Got incredible Good Samaritan help from a AT&T member today for this rider. Together we really made a positive impact on her day/week. It was a small simple gesture to most but monumental for her. Thank you for your help today Sir! You know who you are... plus in my excitement to help I didnt catch your name! But thank you for your kindness! Highly recommend this location for your cellular needs! They also have atleast 1 great human! And I'm sure they have others.”
