“Bought a xl recliner, salesmen was awesome. Once home I did realize some of the structure of the chair was broken, but I'd still recommend. I should have looked it over more, but it's the last one anywhere, chair was discontinued.”
“While I normally appreciate Kohl's and their selection. it has gone down for men's items in my opinion. Most of what was available was in clearance which normally the only problem is finding my size. However, the items on clearance were just as much as new clothes 6 months ago... $35 for a shirt. Thankfully there's always a coupon around the corner to help and the Kohl's Cash keeps sucking me right back in for anything I missed or need to replace after the fact.Every time I have been here, the staff is always friendly and there's someone going around tidying up what folks throw around. I will say though, this is the first time I didn't see one actively hanging around shoe's since there's normally always someone asking for help finding their size.”

“Nice place. Stuff is pretty expensive, but you can find high quality clothes for a better price than usual. Basically a clearance section for overflow from Nordstrom. There's a bunch of hidden jems if you're willing to sort through everything.”
“The merchandise is great some little price high, but for the most part price just right or low and the lines went quickly and it was a very long line. I experienced one associate who was not really friendly but the next time I went over, I got a really friendly one.”

“It was actually pretty good. . it's been quite awhile since I went to a TJM . Bc they use to be good, great... Then went crazy expensive. So I went to this Newport location & was surprised at the prices. Very affordable now. & The knick knacks are nice also.
I'll for sure be back when I'm.in the aza to check things out.”

“Tj maxx is one of the best stores you could visit. They have alot of selections to choose from. It's like a ross and marshalls stores which are all great.
This certain location was great! Their workers was really friendly and the store itself was well taken care of and was well stocked.”

“I am highly satisfied with my experience. Firstly, a young associate named Chloe helped guide me looking for summer clothes. She was very personable and even pointed out the hello Kitty chairs and other items. She is a wonderful sales woman certainly. I noticed it right off the bat. Then while waiting in the very long line, I heard over and over and over The lady who ended up checking us out, Angie, ask each client "Did you find everything okay today? I also heard her try to upsell that credit card. I respectfully declined to the credit card. I was so impressed by her customer service that I would actually hire her at the company I work for. I even scanned all of the client compliments taped on the wall behind her to see if her name was listed. I was shocked to see Angie's name was only listed once because she is a step above the rest. Overall I had a wonderful experience.”
“Store was clean & happy to see plus sizes on main floor by the door. Most Macy's plus size is on top floor in back corner. Hard for an elderly plus size person to walk to. Hope other Macy's change to this floor plan. Easy to do returns at register instead of hunting return counter.”

“Went on a Thursday evening late and Sariiah was a great employee. She nicely folded each one of our clothing and placed them in the bag. Very good experience glad to see the customer service is getting so much better, would love to return.
Also just a suggestion to have maybe a security officer or something so the poor girls that are working there don’t have to deal with the people who think it’s ok to steal.”

“I have a hard time finding my shampoo & conditioner... Biolage Full Density. Also, my granddaughter's Biolage Hydra Source shampoo and the conditioner. I order them on-line with JC Penney and pick them up at the store. Very easy!”

“I shop at both dollar general next door and family dollar! Dollar general is rarely open because of being short staffed and they have more inventory in the aisles then on the shelves. While at family dollar James who is older and disabled is always there and their aisles are clear! In a society where healthy people sit and bum with cardboard signs James works his tail off almost everyday! No excuses people! This man is an inspiration to many and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! God bless you James keep up the hard work!”
