My kid broke his phone, and Cell Phone Doctor had it fixed by the very next day — screen replaced, new case, and screen protector all taken care of. What really stood out was the personal attention. They took the time to listen to what we needed, including the type of case, color, and even making sure it had a kickstand on the back. That kind of customer care is rare.
Plus, we got to meet Cooper, the adorable shop puppy — which made the visit even more memorable!

“Stopped by the store for a iPhone upgrade. I ordered a phone and was notified when it was shipped into the store. Jordan explained the timeline and steps to transfer the Cloud over.
He was right on schedule. Had no problems he was very knowledgeable on the product. Explained the warranties, packages, and upgrades deals. Spent about an hour. Was the second phone purchase from this store location. Both times smooth and effortless transfers. Would recommend. Any store takes time. But this one makes the effort to let you understand the sequence of the old to the new format phones. ???”

I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. “Metro by T-Mobile is one of the most frustrating and poorly run companies I’ve ever dealt with. What should have been a simple issue — recovering access to my phone after a factory reset — turned into days of wasted time, broken systems, and a customer service nightmare.
The real problem wasn’t the store employees — in fact, they were respectful, helpful, and clearly doing their best. The problem was the district manager, who created an environment where even basic support was difficult to get. I witnessed him speak rudely to staff in front of customers, and his presence alone clearly made the employees afraid to escalate or take initiativ.
It’s obvious that the toxic management structure is what’s holding that store — and customers — hostage. I was forced to return multiple times, not because of lazy staff, but because they’re working under someone who makes their jobs harder.”
