“I look forward to stopping in our local Ludlow post office, knowing I'm going to be greeted by Holly with her big smile and lovely seasonal decorations. We're so lucky to have this service!”

“Fed Ex has gone out of their way to be helpful with my employer, and their delivery associates are always kind. With us being a medical practice, many of our packages are time sensitive. These employees have gone out of their way to be helpful during this holiday season. Northern Kentucky Eyecare appreciates these above and beyond workers!”

“Came to this location to get a new passport and I had an amazing experience from start to finish! It was very simple to make an appointment online the day before through the USPS website and I showed up a few minutes early as suggested and I was in and out rather quickly! Calm environment and super helpful employee that was so pleasant. I wanted to make the effort to share this review because I read some really bad ones that almost deterred me from going to this location but I’m so glad I still went! 100% recommend and will be recommending this location to local friends and family. Thank you!”

“I had several different returns and packages to send. The woman was incredibly patient and friendly. She helped me select the best method to ship, taped my packages, and even gave me directions to ups. Wish every place had that kind of customer service!”

“A thousand stars go to Melissa at the Latonia office. I am beyond grateful for her. We need more kind souls like her in this world. She will go above and beyond for you. Please recognize her outstanding work ethics!!!!”

“They have always been attentive to my son an I. We have gotten a po box an now get our packages threw this office so they are not stollen. They know us and start getting our packages together before we even get our yellow card up to the counter if they are not with other customers. Some of our packages are odd like the 10' roll of paper i needed for my studio and they never gave us a hard time over it. Everyone I have met at the counter has always been very kind to us. I have seen customers actingout, it's not the best neighborhood, but yet when we get to the counter afterward they are still very friendly despite their previous encounter. I have renewed my box and am happy to keep using this location.”

“I love going to this post office. It is closest to my house and hardly ever busy. They do close for lunch, but it is a small post office. Thank you to all our postal workers.”

“I have to say, they really went above and beyond for me. My kids went to the mailbox and told me that a package I was expecting didn't arrive, I called and they came out the same day to make sure it was not put in someone else's mailbox (we live in a subdivision with cluster mailboxes). They absolutely did not have to do that and I am very appreciative of our postal workers. They even had a sense of humor about the fact that apparently my children are blind and didn't see the package in the back of the box haha.”

“I'm extremely confused seeing all of these bad reviews! I Haven here two times in the past 2 months and both times I was treated respectfully with a smile from 2 different women working there. I am about to head there now for my 3rd visit. I will report back here with my experience. 3 times means it cant be luck or a flook.”

“Clean location on a quiet street with ample parking located conveniently a couple blocks from Victory Parkway and McMillan. The staff were friendly and helpful (shoutout to Robyn for her excellent service). This location makes shipping packages a breeze. Miles better than the Hyde Park branch.”

“The people who I reached out to were very understanding and helpful! I was struggling to find several packages and I was at a loss. The people from here personally looked into it and found all 7-8 packages I could not find, by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I cannot express enough how grateful I am, and how helpful they were in my situation.”

“This is a great location and great staff. The only post office I recommend going to. The staff is super friendly and will do whatever they can to help, specifically Amy and Ted. They are both super friendly and made my shipping process easy!”

“This USPS branch is located in one of the mazes of shopping plazas along this stretch of Dixie Highway in Erlanger, inside what was clearly not always a post office. As you enter, there's a huge, but empty lobby that's a shame to see unused, but inside the main space, the staff was helpful & efficient. One frustrating aspect of too many post offices I've come across around here is how they never have the various forms stocked in a place where customers can grab them. There's always a counter where they *should* be, but they never are, so you have to ask. That was of course the case here as well, as I needed a customs form & there were none to be found. Otherwise, it was a quick & painless visit. In & out.”

“This is the best USPS I've ever gone to. From the minute i walked in the door the staff was accommodating, personable, and helpful. Since Millenials don't mail things, it was nice to be guided through the process of sending a package to a friend with such an easiness. Long live the USPS”

“I appreciate this particular post office has figured out if they simply shove a large mail bin behind the door next to the counter they can make life so much easier on themselves and customers just looking to drop off prepaid packages. The Burlington location down the street can't figure this simple concept out. They always give you the stink eye when you try to "cut" line by laying prepaid stuff off to the side of the cashiers. Hebron employees are friendly and I'll happily drive extra 2 miles each way for better service.”
