“They’re amazing folks working with smiles on their faces all the time, she exceeded my expectations, above and beyond she went to the back trying to find a box to wrap my items and she couldn’t find one and she went to another room trying to find a solution for my problem and she got a plastic bag and started to wrap my items and finally my problem was solved. And this wasn’t the first time in fact, every time I go to that office they show professional attitude and provide the best advice and solutions to my issues. I really recommend that office for your postal service, I always have a great experience here.”

“Came to this location to get a new passport and I had an amazing experience from start to finish! It was very simple to make an appointment online the day before through the USPS website and I showed up a few minutes early as suggested and I was in and out rather quickly! Calm environment and super helpful employee that was so pleasant. I wanted to make the effort to share this review because I read some really bad ones that almost deterred me from going to this location but I’m so glad I still went! 100% recommend and will be recommending this location to local friends and family. These employees have gone out of their way to be helpful during this holiday season. Northern Kentucky Eyecare appreciates these above and beyond workers!”
“They have always been attentive to my son an I. We have gotten a po box an now get our packages threw this office so they are not stollen. They know us and start getting our packages together before we even get our yellow card up to the counter if they are not with other customers. Some of our packages are odd like the 10' roll of paper i needed for my studio and they never gave us a hard time over it. Everyone I have met at the counter has always been very kind to us. I have seen customers actingout, it's not the best neighborhood, but yet when we get to the counter afterward they are still very friendly despite their previous encounter. I have renewed my box and am happy to keep using this location.”

“Clean location on a quiet street with ample parking located conveniently a couple blocks from Victory Parkway and McMillan. The staff were friendly and helpful (shoutout to Robyn for her excellent service). This location makes shipping packages a breeze. Miles better than the Hyde Park branch.”

“I appreciate this particular post office has figured out if they simply shove a large mail bin behind the door next to the counter they can make life so much easier on themselves and customers just looking to drop off prepaid packages. The Burlington location down the street can't figure this simple concept out. They always give you the stink eye when you try to "cut" line by laying prepaid stuff off to the side of the cashiers. Hebron employees are friendly and I'll happily drive extra 2 miles each way for better service.”
