“It was April of 2020, just when my hard drive crashed, COVID close-down became real and my non-stick pan, stuck. Frantic to pay bills, I googled on my phone and purchased a reasonably priced, refurbished hard drive from Recharge PC that arrived 2-3 days later. Elated, I called them and Jared instructed me on set-up and other things I didn't know I had available to my access. So professional and patient with this computer layman.Recently I phoned to get assistance with gaming and who but the Wiz, Jared answered and helped me out, once again. “The guys that work here are great! Unlike other shops in the area they don’t mind sharing a little bit of knowledge if you’re a self installer like myself. I bought an under seat subwoofer box for my ‘18 Silverado and 2 subwoofers. It ended up being the wrong box and they were more than happy to swap boxes (I had already drilled holes in the original box). I also went out and bought a $500 amp to match the power rating of the speakers and the gentleman helping me said “save your money the amplifier you have is nicer.” If you want guys who know their stuff and aren’t just trying to sell you on everything this is the place to go. I will be back for all of my car integration needs.”

“The sales representative was amazed and very helpful and solved my problems that could not be solved by calling Cricket Billing department and customer service not sure if customer service was involved because I was being put on hold and I was talking with different people for just asking 1 questions about why my phone was turn off but was paid 2 days earlier with a text message say thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due on 11/30/23 as normally is and I had text after that saying I had a $20.00 credit due to me after I pay a $10.00 1 time charge made no sense what so ever and also the last person I spoke to on the phone trying to figure out way my phone was turn off and the person sent me a app to use to pay the 10$+ to open the app they sent me but I couldn't open the app because my phone was turn off that when I went to the cricket store in store whitch was taken care in less than 5min whitch I spent over 1 hr on phone with cricket billing and that all I have to say about my last experience calling Cricket to ask and to solved a problem or explain something I thought would be easy but I was wrong ?”

“Great service!!!!! My boyfriend went into get his new phone turned on and get his stuff switched over. His old phone was having so many issues even at the store.They did everything they could do. His old phone died so they tried to get it charged enough to get everything switched over and his phone was just being a pain. He got his new phone turned on,but unfortunately none of his stuff switched over(not due to them,they did everything they could to try to get it switched over) . They really went above and beyond for him. They even gave him a charger box(which we really needed)
Amara and Jason helped him.He said they were really cool people. They deserve 10 stars for having to deal with his old phone. Luckily they set things up so we can do a smart switch. I know how to switch things over from phone to phone so we are good.

“I've been getting computers from Deluxe PC for at least two years now, and their service and computers are top-notch. I've ordered at least 75 computers from them without a single issue. Every one of them arrives looking brand new. I wish I had started buying refurbished earlier. With Deluxe PC, I get twice the RAM and double the hard drive size compared to Dell, all for a quarter of the price. Highly recommended!”

“A little disappointing this time. A few weeks ago the lady manager I spoke to about getting my sister who's handicapped a new flip phone I wanted to bring her in. She said that would be great purchase a phone an she'd get a iPad too. Yesterday the 7-1-2025 I met my sister there she is on fixed income to purchase phone. Chris waited on her and was very pleasant an helpful I told him what the manager had told me, he started setting her up and then learned you no longer could Honor that deal :( What a Disappointment

Today I received email from Tmobile about something to sign, so I called the 800 number I was afraid to open it. I've had alot of emails from Tmobile that were scam
So I checked figured out it wasn't for me but it was for my sister. I thought to ask if and when Id get the refer a friend that the manager had told me about.?
And since he took my info that it was taken care of and done. Only to learn another disappointing fact that since I didn't fill out some kind of paper for it or anything that No I wouldn't get that either!??
