This was the first grooming at LL. The fact they are cage free helped ease my 2 dogs into the new environment. He sat on the floor and introduced himself to the dogs and you would have thought they were old friends! Upon picking them up the dogs were groomed perfectly! My senior dog has many small skin tabs and great care was taken to cut around them. The price is is right on target with the industry and worth every penny!The care shown to my furry family was priceless.

My family have been going here since I was born and since I picked up my beagle in 2019 I started to go to them as well. If you want the best quality care in Franklin or BG, go here please. They will treat your animal like family, give compassion and kindness, and won't BS you about anything your dog needs. They might be a little pricey but I think it's worth it for the quality of care they give. A big shout out to Clair Crocker and Tara Conway who is extremely thorough with Mini (My dog) and will answer any question I have with her wellness. you guys are great. The only thing I wish they had was an emergency doctor on standby. I heard they quit having emergency services last time I checked. That's the only aspect with this business that takes away a perfect score for me. 4/5
