“Was so glad that I drove from Lexington, KY to Florence to work with Jennifer Griggs!! Excellent service, she made time to work with me even though I didn't have an appointment. We remodeled 3 Full Bathrooms and she was wonderful every step of the way! Even had to return a soaker tub I wasn't happy with the size. She quickly helped me find a replacement - Ended up with the Naomi by Barclay! It is FABULOUS!!! Holds heat for over 30 minutes and is wonderful!!!! If you are looking for a soaker tub I would consider looking at this one!! I am very picky about my soaker tub!!!! Will work with Jennifer again on our next project.”

“Recently, we ordered a Big Green Egg online for delivery to Ace Hardware in Florence. There were issues with the order/delivery process, so I reached out to the store to let them know about the problems. When Dawn, the GM, learned about the situation she took IMMEDIATE action, resolved the issues BEYOND our satisfaction, and treated us like we were Ace's MOST important customers. Ace just delivered the BGE and set it up for us (the truck left 10 minutes ago). The young man who delivered and assembled the BGE, Mason, was fantastic, like seriously the nicest guy you can imagine. I'm very grateful for everyone's assistance at ACE in Florence. I could not be happier about this whole buying experience.”
“I’ve shopped here for 20+ years. More often than not, I’ve found what I needed. I’m only a little concerned about the freshness of the horsefeed lately. The brand I usually use is frequently out of date. I wish they would put all the older horsefeed on sale, get in fresh feed, and then rotate it better. Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked (considering the supply shortages they’ve had to deal with). I still give the store 5 stars regardless of the horsefeed frustrations I have. And make sure you are in the neighbors club. It’s worth it! I’m always racking up $5 rewards !”
“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”
“Although McCabe's prices are just a little bit higher then big chains it's a great place to grab what you need close by if you live in Delhi. The people are very friendly there as well.Update: After years of going to McCabe's, I've noticed their prices have come down and their selection has gone up. It is a great place to get most of your needs from lumber to everyday cleaning products at a good price with helpful and friendly staff to guide you along the way. Glad Delhi has you McCabe's!”
“My husband and my brother in law went to buy a piece of glass to fix my sisters window. We are amateurs and measured the window wrong lol. They had to go back three times before we finally got it right haha but the lady who helped was soooo nice and understanding!!! My husband explained to her that the glass was to fix and a window and he has never done it before, and she told him how to do it!! She made sure he got everything he needed, and he fixed it perfect!!! I just want to say thank you Meyer hardware!! And thank you soooo much nice lady!! Please give her a bonus or something because she is amazing and will keep customers coming back ❤You definitely have a new customer for life!!”

“My friend were looking for wood crates for a crafting project. We ask three different employees if they had them and everyone said no except for Brendan. Brendan not only located the wood crates but also grabbed a ladder and checked in the storage for another one when we asked if they had anymore. And then even after all of that he was extremely friendly. Brendan is the most helpful and exemplary employee at this location.”

Lowes workers are very professional and helpful! Also thank you to the sweet lady (I forgot her name) in the appliance section! If there are multiple joes, this was on Halloween 10/31/24 around 3pm. He helped with with a chainsaw after a hour on the phone with customer care who ultimately told me to call the store.
Joe got shit done in 5 minutes.”
