“We want to commend the service we received from Calista Harvey on 8/3/23. We came into the store after having a very unsuccessful and irritating call to the Alta Fiber Customer Service. Calista welcomed us warmly, and immediately tried to understand our issue with our landline. Apparently, when certain callers try to call the landline there is no ring heard on their end. After attempts to try to solve our problem, she became aware of our “Reveal 8” involvement with our copper wiring. We all came to a conclusion that satisfied us. She is an employee to be proud of!!”
“Both Chris employees were super helpful through the phone process and were patient about merging my fiancé and I information into one. We were there for about three hours trying to get everything to sync right with all the phones and the phone company. The Chris with the DC shoes was super helpful and explained the whole process.”

I have been with T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) for over 22 years. Mike and another co-worker helped us transfer our data from our old phones to new ones (no charge), helped pack up our old phones for sending back to T-Mobile for recycling and did this all with warmth and humor. They were great! To show you how much I liked their service, this is the first Google review I've written for ANY company.”

“If you wear or have a friend or family member who wears hearing aids, please read this post. I just bought a new T-Mobile phone and was unsuccessful at getting the unit to pair up with my Bluetooth Phonak hearing aids.I stopped in at the T-Mobile in White Oak @ Cheviot and North Bend Roads for assistance in there. The 2 gentlemen that were working, Zach and KJ, were EXTREMELY helpful and when I left the store the aids were paired up. It was a very helpful and pleasant experience.Thank you, gentlemen,Ron Bova”

“Love this verizon. Only Verizon location I will do my business. There was one associate that was super helpful. Her name is Mikayla... she was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, got me the best deals for my upgrade and even helped me switch over all my stuff from old phone to new phone. She was very kind and took time to show me everything I could add to my new phone, helped me with picking out the best plans. Absolutely the best customer service worker I've ever met. If you go to Verizon on mall road definitely ask for mikayla She will set you up and make sure you get the best deals and best add ons. I got Disney plus and Hulu with my plan. So awesome. Having an 8 yr old the Disney plus was a dream come true and it was all included in my plan. So very pleased with expirence I had. I literally will not work with anyone other than mikayla ever again when it comes to my cell or the service. Trust me she is an angel. I'm so bad with technology but love taking photos and my new phone even came with a pen (Samsung galaxy s23 ultra) best phone I've ever had.”

I left Verizon after 15 years bringing four lines with me I had two of the best people helping me and making me feel comfortable along the way! I just wanted to say that some people don't give the Reps enough gratitude and I just want to say that you guys rock thank you for making my life a little bit easier with a new Fresh Start! Four brand new phones brought over my same lines and it is less than what I was paying for Verizon just blows my mind how much money I've been wasting at Verizon and the company is not all thatBravo Glenway!”
