Can’t say enough good things about this place and Johnny is so personable and knowledgeable. Fixed our IPhone with a couple of presses of the buttons. We’ve also left phones to be fixed after parts ordered in the past. Returned quickly and fixed!!

“I have been going around and around for 2 weeks trying to get my phone fixed well my sins card fixed I went to multiple stores called costumer service several times and just got no where but I finally went to hopple and Paige was great she has helped me before and she made It work now today I went and lucky she was there when i knew she was there I knew I would get help and she definitely did she was very helpful and spent severals hours helping me and I will definitely go back on a day she is there if I come across any more issues because I know she will work on the problem til it works for you she was super great she was nice kind and patient with me thanks for all your help Paige”

“I went in after finding out total wireless had a physical store and Sal solved what was a week long mystery to total wireless customer support and Target phone people. This was literally a 20 minute process. I will definitely be skipping customer service agents next time and leaving it up to him. I paid extra for the sim kit than at target BUT we get what we pay for. Thanks Sal”
“Ok where do I begin? I’ll begin with Jake, a great employee who deserves to get recognition by his managers (Jeff and Dana)…. He helped me for hours through an issue I was having with my new service. Jake didn’t give up until the issue was resolved. The customer service he displayed was above and beyond! If you live in or around Independence go see Jake! A shout out to Roger (whatever you did it worked)! Shoutout to Jeff and Jordan too! Jeff (manager at this location ) displayed a true display of great customer service as well! I had corporate working with me to solve this issue and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the effort Jake displayed. A true display of character that is rare to find these days! Any company that has Jake as their employee should be proud of the customer service he displays!”
“A little disappointing this time. A few weeks ago the lady manager I spoke to about getting my sister who's handicapped a new flip phone I wanted to bring her in. She said that would be great purchase a phone an she'd get a iPad too. Yesterday the 7-1-2025 I met my sister there she is on fixed income to purchase phone. Chris waited on her and was very pleasant an helpful I told him what the manager had told me, he started setting her up and then learned you no longer could Honor that deal :( What a Disappointment

Today I received email from Tmobile about something to sign, so I called the 800 number I was afraid to open it. I've had alot of emails from Tmobile that were scam
So I checked figured out it wasn't for me but it was for my sister. I thought to ask if and when Id get the refer a friend that the manager had told me about.?
And since he took my info that it was taken care of and done. Only to learn another disappointing fact that since I didn't fill out some kind of paper for it or anything that No I wouldn't get that either!??

I did message Chris today just to see if he did take care of the referral but haven't heard back from him.
I've not been with you very long I came from a bad experience with Verizon
And now all of this....
I can't believe you couldn't honor any of it for my sister or myself for bringing her.
Anywho it's very disappointing
