“Not a bad place if you want to look for retro games. Prices are debatable and in some cases pretty extreme(saw used switch 2 joycons for 49 each) thats the same price as a new pair.. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful, I spotted a fake cards in their expensive card section and they immediately pulled it off the shelf. The prices on old DS games were pretty solid though.”

“My battery in my iPhone was dead. I took it to CPS phone repair, and they had it fixed in less than an hour for a reasonable price. The employee was very nice and answered all my questions. I will go back if I need any other phone repairs”
“Cody was great, and was an advocate for my parents and really went the extra mile. I went in with my parents because they had a bunch of issues with their account and fraud; he did all the math by hand and made sure they were credited every cent that they were owed. My parents really appreciated him helping them so much and made sure everything was settled with their account. I've always had good experiences with this location.”

My kid broke his phone, and Cell Phone Doctor had it fixed by the very next day — screen replaced, new case, and screen protector all taken care of. What really stood out was the personal attention. They took the time to listen to what we needed, including the type of case, color, and even making sure it had a kickstand on the back. That kind of customer care is rare.
Plus, we got to meet Cooper, the adorable shop puppy — which made the visit even more memorable!

I went in with a new phone still in the box and asked him to help me with transferring it from my old one and to buy accessories and to correct a couple things on my account. He even went further, putting my screen protector and case on and even cleared my old phone and boxed it up for me, putting labels on it, taped it up, now all I have to do is drop it off to UPS!!! He was polite and really did make me at ease with all of it!!! Thanks James!!”

My husband & I have a business account with AT&T and recently got an upgrade including a new tablet. We received our tablet in the mail and after 24 hours it became defective. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with ATT. Ethan and Kaleb were very personable and very knowledgeable about the products. I came in extremely irritated with the insurance program- Asurion- which is apparently not ATT, but he helped make a really bad situation right. I appreciate his patience because I was extremely angry walking into the store. I still hate the insurance- but have a more favorable view of ATT based on my interaction with Mason and did not cancel my services which is what I came into the store to do.”

“10/10 the only place you should go if you’re a T-Mobile customer in the Louisville area. If you’re lucky Sabrina will be working! I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. My mother and I truly appreciate the team and their efforts!Do yourself a favor and don’t go to any other T-Mobile retail stores. Even if there’s a wait, it’s worth it to go to this location.”
