They also keep local dog sitter and trainer cards for canine/feline owners by the door.

I struggled with finding a reliable vet when I first moved to KY and after a few undesirable experiences at a previous vet, I decided to take a chance and try out VWC and it was the best decision I could’ve made! My dogs can be quite dramatic and sensitive, but at VWC they literally pull me through the door and behind the desk to see the wonderful front desk ladies who have spoiled them rotten with love and cookies from the very first time we set foot in the building. The vets are all so incredibly kind and patient with my goofy mutts and are always very attentive to their needs and proper care. They always let them go at their own pace with lots of kind words, encouragement and cookies! I trust them 1000% with my babies and I’m so grateful to have found them!

Lexington Veterinary Rehabilitation
102 Dennis Dr, LexingtonI cannot express enough how truly incredible Dr. Alford and her entire team at LVR are! After our Labrador, Colonel, suffered a herniated disc that left him with paralyzed back legs, we were devastated and unsure of what the future would hold. We rushed him in for an emergency hemilaminectomy with a prognosis that wasn’t very promising. Thankfully, a coworker recommended Lex Vet Rehab, and choosing them was the best decision we’ve ever made.
From day one, Dr. Alford, Jesse, Ashlee, and Kaylee have gone above and beyond to ensure Colonel’s recovery and quality of life. The combination of hyperbaric chamber, water treadmill sessions, laser therapy, and gym workouts has worked wonders—he’s now back to enjoying his favorite thing - WALKS! And we could not be more grateful.
Colonel looks forward to every visit with his friends (and their liver treats!) as do I! I am forever grateful to Lex Vet Rehab for the amazing care and love they've shown our big boy. Chip provided updates while our 6 month old Labrador, Teddy, was away at training-- sending videos, pictures and even FaceTiming us while he was working with our pup. We could tell immediately that Teddy was coming back to us a much better listener and we are continuing to work with him now that he's home with us. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends with new dogs. They do a great job!

Our labradoodle Milo came into training with extreme reactivity, leaving us with little to no control over him. After private training sessions and group classes, my wife and I now have the confidence to train our dog. In just six months, we saw significant progress, and Bluegrass has become a second home for our dog. He regularly attends daycare and boarding with them and is always excited. If you need dog training in the Lexington area, I cannot recommend Bluegrass enough.

Holy guacamole so good. The Hawaiian fries were the best things we’ve ever had. The chicken teriyaki was so delicious our two year old ate almost all of it, and he isn’t a big eater. It was so good he started to sing. Genuinely one of the best dining experiences. So delicious. Just really, really, REALLY GREAT FOOD
