“Due to some personal reasons I've had to visit this Branch quite frequently in the last year. The bankers of this location are incredibly warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that all of my requests were met and questions answered, not all of which were simple ones. Namely Josh and Adja, though all the staff have been fantastic. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they take the time to ask someone who is more knowledgeable in the area, and I appreciate that. I prefer this location over others because of it being less busy on most days.”
“rediculous to have a beautiful building called a bank that has no cash,1 sometimes 2 employees that cant help you other than show you where the video teller is. i waited at the drive up video teller for several minutes before the guy in front of me got waited on, i finally got out of line and walked inside for another extended wait behind someone else at teller screen trying to remedy a business account all the while 2 employees standing in the bank were in idle chit chat talking to each other. i asked why park has not turned this bank into a restaurant as it would serve the public better. i then went back to my car to try the drive up teller again and once again an extended wait. hire people or close up. it is not a convenience.”

“I'm not sure what the other long review was all about. Ive been using syb for over a decade and I've always been able to use multiple devices without trouble. Sounds to me like a him problem. The only thing I would change is the availability of their customer service. If you have a problem on a Friday after six it better not be that important because you won't speak to anyone until Monday morning. I think that is very disregarding to their clients and customers. Also, something irritating is that every time I go to make a purchase for from a website that is not based in the US it declines the purchase and sometimes turns off my card. For example I play the Sims4 and buy expansions from a site called g2a because its cheaper. It never let's me buy my games and I have to call every time and if it's a weekend its impossible. So yeah they definitely need to work on those things at least if they want to be a better bank.”
