I called ahead to rent a drywall lift, they had one in stock. The staff was friendly and helped me load it into my truck bed. It had all its parts and worked very well. I am thrilled, we used it in a second story bonus room. It did take 2 people to get it all upstairs and to set it up. Thank you.
