There are many negative reviews but I have been banking with PNC for years and have never had any problems. I am always greeted when I enter. If I have any problems they are taken care of efficiently. The employees at this branch treat their customers very well.

I have had an account here for about 4 years now. Since all I see here are negative reviews, and they are from some years ago, I want to put my 2 cents in. I have had no issues with anyone there and I have been treated well. Just saying.

I spoke with a customer service representative at this Valley Station location on Dixie Highway about setting up a political account. She was very professional and even gave me more information than I needed to help out with doing everything the proper way. It was outstanding.
