My kid broke his phone, and Cell Phone Doctor had it fixed by the very next day — screen replaced, new case, and screen protector all taken care of. What really stood out was the personal attention. They took the time to listen to what we needed, including the type of case, color, and even making sure it had a kickstand on the back. That kind of customer care is rare.
Plus, we got to meet Cooper, the adorable shop puppy — which made the visit even more memorable!

“I want to update my review because, despite my initial frustration, I truly appreciate the effort to make things right. The owner of Tech Restored reached out with genuine concern, acknowledged the miscommunication and mistakes on both sides, and asked for the chance to fix the situation. I gave them that opportunity, and while the experience started off rocky, the professionalism and care improved significantly, making the overall experience much better than before. I am thankful I trusted them enough to address my concerns, and Tech Restored demonstrated that they stand by their work. I aimed to support small businesses within the community by personally delivering my product to them. Initially, the experience was quite positive; the young man I interacted with demonstrated professionalism, collected the payment, and commenced the installation process while they had possession of my product. I regularly checked for updates, but the process was repeatedly postponed. Ultimately, I received an email informing me that the installation could not be completed.
When I visited to retrieve the product, I was informed that the cover was the wrong plate. I was disappointed, as the parts had never been opened. The product provided an upgrade with a kit, so I knew the plate was the correct one. Having installed them myself on two or three occasions, I was able to verify the correct plate which contradicted their claim.
It would have been preferable if they had been transparent and communicated clearly that the issue was outside their scope or expertise. Instead, their lack of honesty about the reason for the failure was disheartening. I wish them continued success, and if I may offer advice, it would be to prioritize transparency with consumers and clients. Notwithstanding, the employees I interacted with were courteous and professional.”

He gave me the other options available, but was understanding of what I needed. He also took the time to help me transfer all of my information to my new device. When we talked about changes to my plan, he was able to show me what my best options would be both from a data and feature standpoint and a financial standpoint. “I had a really fantastic experience in the store. I came down here specifically for the perfumes. It was amazing to try the different perfumes. This store has a fantastic selection of perfumes that have been viral on TikTok, and perfumes I had never heard of before all of them top quality. I don’t normally go for floral scents, but I found two things that I really like and I had to have them. The gentleman that runs the store was very helpful, and hand selected things for me to try after asking me about different scent profiles that I typically enjoy. 10/10 highly recommend. I have been to so many different Arabic perfume shops in Chicago, Detroit, New York… And I have to say this one has a really good inventory. All authentic.”
