“The staff here are amazing! They are so patient and kind. They take the time to answer the odd questions that most would get irritated by. I go a few extra miles to come here as opposed to the U-Haul around the corner from my house. If you need to ship anything, they can make you nearly any side box as well”

“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. “I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. Needless to say, I ordered my second poster here and had it mounted on foam board. It is perfect and came with special corner protectors which was unexpected. It's not inexpensive, but it was worth it knowing I'd get my order completed on time. Tide is kind and accommodating. Everyone I've interacted with at this location is quite nice.”
