“I have a 2020 Lexus GS, I had previously been taking it to the Lexus Dealership for service and asked them to address a noise that was quite irritating. Long story short, Lexus said they could not find anything after multiple trips. I then took the car to Nathan and he listened to me, listened to the noise, suggested it might be a wheel bearing. Provided a detailed quote for the work and I asked them to perform some additional service. I dropped the car off for them to work on while I was on vacation. I picked the car up this morning and the noise is resolved. The costs matched the quoted amount. I cannot recommend Nathan and team enough. Though Nicholasville is a bit out of the way for me, I intend to return for any repairs that may be necessary. If you need expert work and diagnostics, without worry of being taken advantage of, please go see this team!”

“Excellent techs. Jerry and Doug work quick and efficiently and do amazing work. They are extremely honest and professional, and they charge very good prices. I had them completely redo my entire cooling system and put a new radiator in and a few other things. They got my corvette running better than it ever has been. A quick tip: try to get here as early as possible since they open at 8 am from Monday to Friday. Parking can be a bit tight, so I'd recommend parking along the street and not even look for a spot in the lot. I'll definitely be coming back here again!”

“Not sure if it's better to come in on industry or Bradley. If you are delivering to the building, Bradley would be better but if you are delivering to the lot, industry is better. The building is a blind side while the lot can be either. If the lot is not packed you can pull into it and turn around. I did not notice any facilities but I suspect they would let you use them. The guys I talked to were nice but they did suggest the possibility of rejecting my load. That ultimately didn't happen, thankfully. I don't mean to imply they were rude, they were not, it's just that some of their customers are really picky which means for those customers, they have to be as well. Over all it was a good place and I'd be happy to deliver here again.”
