I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. “I had a new roof put on and needed the satellite reinstalled to the roof. I called DirecTV and they said it would be 1 month before they could send somebody out! I called All Pro Satellite and within an hour somebody returned my call. They sent out a technician that very same day and had the satellite reinstalled within 30 minutes. Both the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone and the technician that did the install were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

He had the knowledge, took the time, and also offered the patience we needed. He also did not get pushy in tagging on extras we didn't need. This is why we always return to that store. Tmobile is our first and only carrier and we've been well pleased.”

“Was very pleasantly surprised how smooth everything was when I needed to go into this location. Our router broke after a lightning strike, so we needed a replacement. No hassle, no charge, just needed to swap the old one for a new one and it works great. Service was wonderful, only waited a minute or so before an associate was available, and he was super nice. Overall a very smooth and easy experience.”
