“4 day wait, only because my phone's screen had to be ordered. That's not the shop's fault. With so many part #s, they can't possibly keep them all in stock. Repair was quick and complete once the part was in.”
“Jay was absolute professional, he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and was satisfied. Verizon needs more employees like Jay In their network.”
“Mia is Wonderful in the Richmond store. The 1-800 customer service reps could learn a lot from her. They should give the store managers more ability to handle customer issues so that they don't have to call the 1-800 number. Period.”
“Came in with an issue I've had with my phone for quite sometime. Nobody could figure out what was wrong. Jeff took his time until the issue was resolved! Excellent employee service 👏”
