“Took a set of batteries we thought was bad they tested and said they could charge them but they wasn’t bad definitely saved us 300+ we took them home and brought them up on a charger and they worked just fine. Glad to know they won’t take advantage of you and sale you something you don’t need”
“I was an Auto Zone shopper for most of my adult life. They hired an employee who was not very friendly, so I gave O'Reilly a try,
and hate that i didn't go there sooner. Auto maintenance is one of those things we hate but have to do. I highly recommend O'Reilly when you need to do your vehicle maintenance.”

“Car broke down a block away. Walked to the store this afternoon. Not only did they offer a battery jumper device to get the car started and to return to buy a new battery, they helped us discover that the issue wasn't the battery. Each employee spoke with us. One in particular drove his personal vehicle to our car to assist us when the jump device didn't work. He personally inspected under the hood and determined it was a misfire. Battery ok. Sensors old.”
“I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the 2 men working last night, 12/01/24. I was a long way from home with my 2 kids and my car started acting up on I65. I managed to limp my car there and went in and they sprung into action. They kept us warm and safe until a tow truck arrived. A very heartfelt thank you goes out to these two young men. I cannot thank you enough. Amazing young men who are a great reflection of your company!”

On his desk, he has a small sign with the initials “BLA,” which prompted me to inquire about its meaning. It simply says “be less abrasive,” and I believe these words resonate with everyone. It’s always a pleasure to have Jason at the counter, representing your organization at O’Reilly’s is a major win! ?”

“Convenient location on the main road through Jeffersonville of 10th Street and closer to the I-65 interchange. Wish it was better lit in the parking lot and the outdoor signage because we were uncertain at first if the business was still open around 7:15 PM on a Wednesday night. Staff were friendly and the store was easy to navigate to get our item, check out, and be back on the road.”

“Edi and chaz were amazing! I have never had someone explain things so thoroughly and research to tell me whats going on with my car , they went above and beyond to help me , they checked my engine light , checked my battery , alternator and starter and even changed my battery for me in 90 degree weather ! Edi told me more about the car than the mechanic ever has and took his time didnt rush me out the door like everyone else usually does. These two deserve a raise and promotion im very very impressed and will be back to this location if anything else happens with the car, thanks so much you guys!”

So if I don't need to end up leaving without the part I came for by going to O'Reilly's and I save a few dollars here and there seems like a no-brainer to me.
