“I had some trouble completing my online banking enrollment due to some old information that auto loaded from an old account. Beth helped me and even called customer service to complete the process for me because I explained I don’t like doing business over the phone. She absolutely could have left that up to me to do myself, but she recognized some of my issues. (I suffered a stroke and while I do not expect a hand out or leg up, she listened to my concerns and she straightened everything out.
I chose to leave Republic Bank because of really poor customer service. Based just on this experience at the Simpsonville branch with Beth Sargent I think I’ve made the right decision opening an account with Stockyards Bank.
