“My group had a great time. We had a meeting space in Henry Clay room for 3 days with a total of approximately 50 people. Everyone from the hotel staff, meeting room staff, and front desk were extremely nice and accommodating.Walkability: Walking distance to the locations that were set up for our dinners in the evening.”
“I lived here from 2019 to 2022 and it was a positive experience. My neighbor were respectful. Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was always taken care of really fast. The leasing office staff was always friendly. The amenities like the pool and laundry room were always well maintained. You could do a lot worse than this place.”

I believe his name is Drequan or Dre? He introduced himself a while back because he helped me carry my bags, It's great to have this kind of person as one of the people we interact with throughout the building! I hope all is well ??”
“Lived there three years. The office and maintenance was always there when we needed them. Always friendly and took care of everything in a timely manner. Moved out because we bought a house. If I had to move back into a apartment I would definitely choose them again. I appreciate Nicole, Zack, and everyone else that is there.”

“We have lived here now going on our 2nd year. I absolutely love it. They neighbors are nice. The office staff are very welcoming and happy to help. The maintenance guys are awesome. I have had to call a few times but they are here quick and so far there hasn’t been anything they can’t fix. It’s is a peaceful and quiet street. I live on the Grand Ave side. Very close to downtown J-Town. We’ve actually walked it a couple times. I would recommend living here to everyone.”
“Cardinal Towne provides me with a cozy apartment, a great location, and a great living environment for a very reasonable price. I haven't had any issues with the staff, and any maintenance requests are completed within a day or two. I recruit my friends to live here because I enjoy it so much.”

“Went to this place to check for rental. Apartments are good but pretty small and ok for one person. Closet was very spacious but kitchen is pretty small for me. The leasing office people are very friendly. They also have an option for getting a furnished apartment which is a good thing.”
“I toured Trifecta at the last minute. For student housing, i didn’t have high hopes but this place gave me a great first apartment experience. Trifecta has a TON of community events that make you feel at home, and the residents are super friendly.The dog park is a little muddy, but I think the pups prefer it that way! I’ve met a ton of people through events, and the leasing office does an awesome job with communication and making sure you’re taken care of. I wish there were more elevators, but that’s no one’s fault.For my first apartment, Trifecta blew it out of the water!photos of my pup enjoying the dog park below (her insta is @bunny_dobe) ;)”

It's just that we've asked to get the refrigerator that leaks fix three times a light switch it throws Sparks fixed three times and a couple plugins it doesn't work. They keep putting work orders in but they never show up at our place. Starting to get pretty aggravated about it”

“Pretty good apartment complex, much better than most. Clean apartments and grounds, responsive maintenance, though sometimes with more minor issues it may take another maintenace visit to properly fix it. Good pricing as far as I can tell. Plenty of storage space and reliable appliances. Location is perfect. Right down the street from hospitals, UPS/Fedex stores, gyms, countless restaurants and malls, and dutifully patrolled by St. Matthews police to keep it safe. Overall a 5/5.”
