“I have lived in the Meridian on Shelbyville for several years and have always been treated with respect by all the staff. My comment today is concerning their maintenance team with one particular team member in mind, Andy. Andy has taken care of several of my maintenance request over the years and always done an excellent job no matter what the request is for. Andy is knowledgeable in all areas i.e. plumbing, electrical, heating, smoke detectors, etc. Several times upon his visits I have ask him for guidance on other projects and how I should go about handling. He is always willing to discuss so I make sure to proceed in the right direction. Another quality of Andy's, he always cleans up, never leaving anything untidy. Thank you Andy for being such a knowledgeable and dependable member of the maintenance staff at Meridian! Diana”

“Great place to live. First, when you come here to look at an apartment, you will be greeted by a wonderful staff headed by Robin, the property manager and Joy Will help you find your perfect apartment. The maintenance staff does a great job if you have an issue with your apartment. They are friendly and Knowledgeable. The grounds are well kept. We have a dog park. I didn’t mention that this is a very dog friendly community. We also have a Pickleball court a nice inground pool and workout Center with laundry facilities. There is a playground for the little ones that is fenced in. Looking forward to be your neighbor.”
“This place is amazing, and Stephanie and Karen are phenomenal. From my first phone call to Karen, to signing my lease with Stephanie, was a total of 3 days. These ladies are so kind and caring! I never felt rushed, and left had unanswered questions. They made sure I understood everything. When Stephanie gave my daughter and me the tour, she was very informative. She showed us around everywhere. One of the main things that stuck out to me during this tour was how clean this place is. When my daughter whom is 14 years old made a comment how clean the hallways were, Stephanie then explained they have a cleaning crew that come bi-weekly to do that which is nice. No traces or signs of bugs whatsoever and no mold or mildew or leaks of any kind which was very different from the other tours I had taken at other local complexes. I can't say enough good things about these two ladies and the community itself. I would like to add this took a total of 3 days from my first phone call to Karen, to signing my lease with Stephanie. I love my apartment and the price can't be beat! While signing my lease it allowed sometime for Stephanie and myself to get acquainted on a more personal level. She cares about people and she asks questions definitely let you know she cares. I am 52 years old and this is the most smooth moving process I have ever dealt with thanks to these two ladies! I would like to add that I was able to meet two of the maintenance crew and they also were extremely nice and welcoming! Thanks so much ladies for such a stress-free move-in. Sincerely, Londa”

Only knock for it IMO is that I love walking to places and this is definitely more suburbia than I would prefer! Again no complaints about living here if you are ok with driving to fun things in Louisville!

“we have been here for about 7 months and it has been great so far, maintenance is very quick to respond to any requests you put in, we’ve only had two very small non urgent issues and they came the same day, once less than an hour after i put the request in. they were very prompt with ice and snow removal and even plowed the parking spots out! would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live!”

“I can’t say enough good things about GML! My son & daughter lived in a 2BR for 4 years while she was in school & he worked. They loved it there! When my other son got into law school at Uof L we knew exactly where he would want to live. We’re from GA and came for the weekend and had only 1.5 days to find something that met all the criteria we were looking for, financially and in the timeframe he needed. Melissa Hublar showed us a handful of 1BR apartments. Each were so unique and had their own amazing vibe. She gave us tips for applying and was able to schedule his move-in a week early which helped enormously considering we’re from out-of-town and orientation started the next day!”
“This team is fantastic to work for. They have so much kindness and definitely like to get the job done. I am blessed to work with each of these individuals on so many levels. They communicate well and take their job very seriously, even the floaters who are only there time to time. One of my favorite things about this team is there ability to reach out to make connections with the people around them. The property stays tidy and neat and they even will pick up after the surrounding businesses! WOW talk about going above and beyond. Sometimes the little things are the biggest things. I believe that is why they are so successful.”

“The Century makes moving easy, specifically for us, Ms. Emily made moving extremely easy. With a short time frame, Ms.Emily was able to walk me and my gf through the process of becoming residents at the Century Middletown. We toured as much of the city and East End as we could. After comparing them all and the amenities/sqft/price they all offer, it was obvious that we wanted to choose the Century. A few days into the lease and there’s no bs that we weren’t able to see with just a walkthrough. Multiple neighbors welcomed us on our moving day. Can’t recommend this place enough”

“I been with Bronner Realty since 2022, I have no regrets. Love that if anything is not working it gets resolved within 1-2 days. Neighbors are nice and friendly. I stayed at Highgate Springs and breckenridge pointe, very quiet and peaceful. Staff is always professional and helpful. Perfect price and place!”

“If you want to live where it's safe, clean and comfortable Eastchase is it. The maintenance is superb, quick and reliable. Our groundskeeper is great too, keeps the grounds beautiful. The management is kind, caring and attentive. Our new landlord has made a huge difference for the better! I'm a 4yr tenant and so happy I was patient in waiting for change. No plans in moving after checking out other apts. in this area. Thank you Eastchase for caring about your tenants!”

“I have lived here for more than a year. No one paid me for this review or even ask for me to leave one. I am leaving only because i feel like its the nice thing to do since there have been so many nice changes. i had actually planned to move out once my lease was up because the maintenance men and the office were horrible. people constantly working on cars in the parking lot loud music out of the cars the hallways were gross and smelly with tons of stuff in them and i didnt even feel safe for my kids to go to the playground. god must have heard us because all the staff was removed that was here and right after christmas a whole new office and maintenance men came. i have now renewned my lease in april for another year. the changes are like night and day its crazy. rules are being made to be followed and the office is always outside making sure peopld follow them or just speaking to us and getting to know us. since ashlee has been here she has got rid of tons of cars that should not be here no one is working on them anymopre or keeping them on car carjacks for months people are not distrubing neighbors and partying at the tables or playing loud music. hallways are checked everyday and there is nothing in them ever and if there is they kindly remove hte bikes and put them at the bike rack for us. i have never had my work orders completed the same time i put them in ever here. i came today to let them know about a issue in my apartment and brittany told me to give her 10 mins and she would have them there. it was not an emergency they came in fixed it and they noticed anoterh small issue theirself and asked me if they could go ahead and fix that for me too. the outside and parking lot have never ever been this clean. the laundry room is nice. all the staff office and maintenance have been here since christmas and they are doing a really good job. they are so nice and understanding and even talk and watch out for our kids when they walk home from school. thank you thank you for bringing them here. now pleas ekeep them we had to many bad ons.”
