“Amazing customer service! I started to buy my mower at Lowe’s, but went to Ace instead because the staff seems friendly whenever I’ve shopped there for smaller purchases. Ended up buying my Ego mower there, and found out the battery wasn’t able to handle my yard on a single charge. I emailed the local store and asked if I could exchange/upgrade to the newer model with a bigger battery. Tim, the owner, was super helpful and he and Bill the manager let me swap them out with no hassles and were super friendly along the way. If you’ve ever returned anything to Lowe’s or Home Depot, you’ll know a friendly return experience is something you don’t expect. Plan to shop at Ace more often.”

“I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart from a very panicked mom who was in the middle of a terrifying situation.
My toddler somehow managed to get a piece of string/fabric from her blanket wrapped around her finger so tightly that it started turning purple. All I could hear from the back seat was her screaming that her finger was stuck. I pulled over immediately and realized how serious it was. A tight string around a child’s finger can cut off circulation very quickly, causing intense pain and potentially serious injury if it isn’t removed right away. Seeing her finger change color was absolutely terrifying, and every second felt critical.
By pure luck, I had pulled over right in front of Harbor Freight. I ran inside in complete panic and asked for help, explaining what was happening and asking if there was anything I could buy to help get the string off. The men working there were incredibly calm, kind, and reassuring. They gave me a few options and talked me through what to do, helping me stay calm enough to safely remove the string and restore circulation to her finger.
As a mom who truly did not know what to do in that moment, the compassion, patience, and support I received meant everything. Their calmness helped steady me during one of the scariest moments I’ve had as a parent. I cannot express how grateful I am for their help, and I will never forget the kindness they showed us that day.”

“Customer service was great they go by appointments only so don't get here early due to very limited parking. The parking lot can get tight with all the cars but if you know what you're doing it's not a problem. Unloading time took an hour and It's one way in an out if you have a 7:15 am appointment you can park here overnight in dock 3 or 4 if it's available.”

“It’s hard to find good people and not just that by also someone that’s very polite and easy to work with and Ideal Supplies is exactly that. Today was the first day I ever gotten anything from them and from the time I called them to when they dropped the gravel at my property went smooth. A lady I talked to over the phone was super nice and I believe a guy name Bradley that dropped off the gravels was even nicer. Offered to help to set Tarp and very helpful in general. I would highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable as well.”

I brought in pictures, and Sean and Gary were able to tell me what size screws each part of my table would need! I never would have assembled it if it wasnt for them. “Was so glad that I drove from Lexington, KY to Florence to work with Jennifer Griggs!! Excellent service, she made time to work with me even though I didn't have an appointment. We remodeled 3 Full Bathrooms and she was wonderful every step of the way! Even had to return a soaker tub I wasn't happy with the size. She quickly helped me find a replacement - Ended up with the Naomi by Barclay! It is FABULOUS!!! Holds heat for over 30 minutes and is wonderful!!!! If you are looking for a soaker tub I would consider looking at this one!! I am very picky about my soaker tub!!!! Will work with Jennifer again on our next project.”
“My husband and my brother in law went to buy a piece of glass to fix my sisters window. We are amateurs and measured the window wrong lol. They had to go back three times before we finally got it right haha but the lady who helped was soooo nice and understanding!!! My husband explained to her that the glass was to fix and a window and he has never done it before, and she told him how to do it!! She made sure he got everything he needed, and he fixed it perfect!!! I just want to say thank you Meyer hardware!! And thank you soooo much nice lady!! Please give her a bonus or something because she is amazing and will keep customers coming back ❤You definitely have a new customer for life!!”
“Excellent hardware store. Im so glad its close by. Benjamin Moore paint is the best stuff you can buy, and they carry it. I buy quite a bit there as its not worth the trip to HD or Lowe's to save a $1, and McCabes likely has it for most items. If I have one complaint, some of the plumbing aisle has things on display that look like they've been there a long time.”
