“I bought a T Mobile I phone 14 recently for my son. I took it to T-Mobile at corporate blvd to switch it over. They gave me a hard time and said it was locked and couldn't do anything. They told me to go back to where I bought it which made no sense at all. I went back over to Phone Wiz and explained it to Michael. He said sit here, call T-Mobile customer service and I'll handle it for you. Twenty three minutes of holding later, that's what happened. Michael took my phone and handled everything. I've been here times and it's been morning but a pleasant, helpful experience. Michael is fantastic. T Mobile sucks.”

“The tip of the charger for my daughter’s IPad broke off in the slot of her IPad making it impossible to charge it. I was unable to remove it myself and was dealing with a very unhappy IPad user. We walked into Wise Communications, not realizing they were closed for the evening, but the young man there greeted us kindly and was very helpful. He was finished fixing the problem before I even realized he had started, and the price for his service couldn’t be beat- even though it was after normal working hours. We left very satisfied and will definitely be back in the future.”

They persuaded me into doing beneficial things for my family and I and moving forward I will be asking for the help from a female worker when I return if any questions reach the surface. But for the male workers, they were very unprofessional and inconsistent with giving out the information that I very politely requested, and it seemed as if they did not want to help, and more so was bothered by my presence when I was only asking about my phone plans. He has HORRIBLE customer service skills and should be redirected immediately if possible.”

“I changed my cell service from AT&T to Cricket Wireless. I love the plan and saved $50 a month plus free HBO.I tried changing online but not successful! Decided to visit Siegen Lane outlet. I had the pleasure to meet this amazing young man Joshua Bennie. What a impressive young man!He was so polite and very professional. Joshua spent over two hours trying to get my transfer pin from AT&T. They gave me the runaround that my account did not exist! They kept switching me to approximately six different operator's during this endeavor! The kept insisting I had Direct TV! Operator's gave me three different account numbers during this ordeal! Joshua was so calm and handled entire problem with ease and control! Bottom line over two hours later, he finally made it happen!I have been with AT&T for 45 years and was not willing for me to cancel!I felt they thought I would give up cancelation because of all the hassle they gave me and Joshua! Shame on AT&T! I did not give up and finally got pin transfer and I knew my correct account number, my invoice was with me from AT&T!!So much frustration but Joshua handled with such eas!I would like to acknowledge this young man "Joshua Bennie "!! He went above the call of duty to help me out while still handing other customers in the store! I consider Joshua Bennie an asset to the Cricket Wireless family! Please acknowledge this young man! “It use to be great now it's ok. They use to have these three young ladies there.They all had a weird names and spoke Spanish. They were all Puerto Rican I believe. One was like Izra she had curly hair and the other had an Asian name that started with a T. I can never pronounce it, I jus called her Tammy. The other had Red hair, she was a sassy. They use to help me with so much with my phones, And never felt like they were just selling stuff to me to make their commission. Those 3 were very friendly. The new employees are nice but they Don't really have that same patience those 3 ladies did. Man I use to give them hell with my issues. I hope they are all doing well.”

“I had solutions-oriented customer service in this store and I shall return. On November 21, Austin patiently worked for well over two hours until my problem was finally solved. He persevered over and over again; stayed on hold with tech support for an eternity, and refused to give up until my SIM card issue was resolved. I also observed another staff member, Gabriel, interact with several customers, helping them with their purchases, writing information down, informing them about promotions, taking the time to answer their questions, and ensuring they secured effective service at the best rate. I decided to return on November 30 to take advantage of a promotion I’d heard Gabriel mention and purchase a second wearable. This time I was helped by PJ (Preston), a very kind personable young man who took the time to explain the promotion, answer my questions, and make sure I was well taken care of.
