“I received great customer service from Melvin. He showed great concern for me as a person not just a customer. I wanted to get a loan but when I sat down to talk to him he asked about my credit and past history. He advised me to download credit karma and look on there to see if I had any questions or concerns. He really did his due diligence by not trying to sell me something but to help me understand how credit works. So, as I'm researching my credit I found somethings that were not mines and didn't even have a clue about. Once I get everything under control I will return to Melvin for more business than a loan. Outstanding.”

“There are so many differences between First Horizon and the big corporate banks. I’ve banked with Capital One and Chase before, and with those banks you often feel like just another number. When there’s a problem, it can feel like you’re constantly being transferred to someone else who doesn’t really know you or your situation.
At First Horizon, the experience is completely different. The team actually knows their customers and treats you like a friend rather than a transaction. Dana, the branch manager, is absolutely wonderful and does an incredible job leading her team. She is professional, attentive, and clearly cares about the people who walk through the door.
It’s so refreshing to be able to speak directly with someone at the branch who remembers you, instead of being routed to an international call center. That personal touch is exactly why we’ve been banking with First Horizon for years, and it’s something you just don’t find at the big banks anymore. Highly recommend.”

“A great place to do your banking! I went in and I was already in a bad mood from my previous experience with the other regions branch on hey 23 and Terry Parkway. The people in the Hwy 23 branch in Belle Chase were really great, they calmed me down after greeting me at the door with a smile. She directed me to a teller that was really friendly and knowledgeable about what she was doing. I would definitely recommend this branch for business.”
