Marjorie effectively communicated with us via phone and email leading up to our scheduled meeting. When we got there she greeted us with a smile and all of the figures and options laid out. She explains everything thoroughly to a T. But you have to let her know if you don’t quite understand that’s key with communicating as adults. “Since visiting POECU to conduct financial transactions the two cashiers ( I do not know their names which is bad) because I visit them consistently every 2 wks. Their customer service is always above and beyond from what is expected even when a customer gets upset. “I received great customer service from Melvin. He showed great concern for me as a person not just a customer. I wanted to get a loan but when I sat down to talk to him he asked about my credit and past history. He advised me to download credit karma and look on there to see if I had any questions or concerns. He really did his due diligence by not trying to sell me something but to help me understand how credit works. So, as I'm researching my credit I found somethings that were not mines and didn't even have a clue about. Once I get everything under control I will return to Melvin for more business than a loan. Outstanding.”

“Wanted to give a shout out to the staff and branch manager of Fidelity Bank Uptown Carrollton. I am a business owner and visit that branch aon average once a week. All staff members are always very polite and accommodating to my needs. Very few times I have issues that are normally my fault. A quick call to the branch manager and the matter is handle with speed and accuracy, even if the issue is outside her branch. “A great place to do your banking! I went in and I was already in a bad mood from my previous experience with the other regions branch on hey 23 and Terry Parkway. The people in the Hwy 23 branch in Belle Chase were really great, they calmed me down after greeting me at the door with a smile. She directed me to a teller that was really friendly and knowledgeable about what she was doing. I would definitely recommend this branch for business.”
