“To locate this service at the airport if you are not ALREADY at the airport but using their services you have to drive through past the passenger drop-off following the car rental signs. Park and walk all the way back towards the airport.I booked a car online because it was Sunday and none of the other rental places were open in town. It was easy enough to do online and to edit your reservation. It was all so easy to extend. There are a bunch of service fees attached because you're renting from the airport. But overall it was a good experience.”

“Updated review - Avis reached out to me and I was very much impressed with their response. They do care about their customers and I am happy to say that I will be using Avis in the future as my rental car of choice.
I reserved a car at 1:59 pm on Monday. I canceled the same reservation at 4:46 pm less than 3 hours later and had to agree to a $150 cancellation fee. Less than 3 hours. I tried to phone the local Avis counter on my reservation and got a message that this number was not taking calls. How convenient for Avis. I called the Avis 800 phone number and was told this is their policy and nothing they can do. So to do them the courtesy of letting them know in advance I did not need their car, I had to accept the cancellation fee in order to cancel the reservation. I am a former top tier client with Avis. My policy is to not do business with people who are so rigid in their policies. I will not use Avis again!”
“Hertz corporate has some issues with their reservation system and customer service. However, this Hertz location has great staff and customer service and will work with you to ensure you get what you need!”
“I had a fine experience. Reserved day before, paid the fees and deposit at pickup. Car was clean and ready when I picked up. Rented for 2 weeks, no harassing calls etc. I modified my return for a later time on the app, no problems. Returned it on time, employee checked everything, got my deposit back within the hour. No complaints here, will use there service in the future ?”

“Check in to get car was simple. Manager (I think ) at Lafayette airport went above and beyond by bringing car from lot to closest door, in a down pour of rain, so my mobility challenged guy didn’t have to get as soaked to get to car it was much appreciated”

“I was having issues with my car and needed a rental last min, so I came here. Got it for a few days until I was told my car would be fixed. Well, days in, they found another issue, and I had to wait until the next part came in. I literally had to call about 4 different times to add another day to the rental and had no problems doing so. Heather was sooo understanding and was able to extend my rental from 4 days to literally a week. I will be booking with them from now on.”
