Phenomenal service. American Airlines cancelled my morning flight and rescheduled me 12 hours later. I arrived in Lafayette from Newark via Dallas well after closing hours for Hertz but the kind agent stayed there so I could get my car late at night. Car was also top notch. I’m a loyal customer now.

This is my second time renting with Hertz at LFT and both experiences were good. Easy pickup and drop off. Ms. Latonya helped me at pick-up and drop off and she was very helpful.Both Ms.Latonya and Ms. Della were really kind during drop off. I will be using Hertz again.
