“I was having issues with my car and needed a rental last min, so I came here. Got it for a few days until I was told my car would be fixed. Well, days in, they found another issue, and I had to wait until the next part came in. I literally had to call about 4 different times to add another day to the rental and had no problems doing so. Heather was sooo understanding and was able to extend my rental from 4 days to literally a week. I will be booking with them from now on.”

“The selection of vehicle was good. I commute in a luxury vehicle and was given a luxury vehicle. Unfortunately my car was still in the shop when I drop my rental vehicle. The young man behind the desk that assisted was very friendly an assertive about remedying and issues. The only bad part of this experience is the lack of technological acceptance was subpar. In Louisiana, LA Wallet is accepted as a form of proof, yet Enterprise is behind in this type of technology.”
“Was searching for a truck for my dad. Ended up seeing one they just got in from auction. Stopped by, assessed it in and out, test drove it, and made the sale. The truck had high mileage, but was a one owner and well maintained. The owner and guy assisting were very helpful and even offered to reduce the asking price. I couldn't pass up such a great deal.

“To locate this service at the airport if you are not ALREADY at the airport but using their services you have to drive through past the passenger drop-off following the car rental signs. Park and walk all the way back towards the airport.I booked a car online because it was Sunday and none of the other rental places were open in town. It was easy enough to do online and to edit your reservation. It was all so easy to extend. There are a bunch of service fees attached because you're renting from the airport. But overall it was a good experience.”

“Difficulty getting rental 5/12. I was 7th in line when they ran out of cars at 4:30pm airport LAF. If it wasn't for Jenita this would be a 1 star and a horrible review! She was incredible. Her sense of humor along with calmness dealing with an impossible situation and frustrated customers kept things from going into a downward slide. She kept us updated as things progressed and kept things moving when possible. Yes it took a very long time for me to get my rental but she made sure I received the vehicle I needed without impacting others behind me. I would give her well over 5 stars out of 5 on service and customer service. Avis only gets 4 stars.”

“Phenomenal service. American Airlines cancelled my morning flight and rescheduled me 12 hours later. I arrived in Lafayette from Newark via Dallas well after closing hours for Hertz but the kind agent stayed there so I could get my car late at night. Car was also top notch. I’m a loyal customer now.”
“Convient easy to get to and friendly staff. I rented from the Lafayette LA airport. The only thing that bothered me was you can't use a debit card. I did an online reservation through priceline.com and had to use my credit card to put down a refundable $250 deposit with my credit card. Now I am not complaining about the price but do not remember reading about this deposit. After talking to friends, it's standard for all rental car services now a days. Other than that easy pick up and drop off at the terminal. They give you a paper to fill out mileage and fuel that return with the car.”
“Staff are very nice deposit always comes back in about 24 hours of return. Been using Dollar every week for 4 months now and love it… just make sure they have a vehicle before making a purchase with ANY rental period.”
