“Coming from out of town. Our truck broke down on the bridge and the tow truck driver brought me, my tween daughter and her friend to this location. From the moment we walked inside until we left hours later, Taryn was helping us every step of the way. Trouble shooting and testing, installing a new battery, she even called a mechanic to come and give us his recommendation. It was a busy Saturday and they were clearly short staffed, but she patiently and energetically helped everyone who needed her that night. “Great experience with my boat trailer. I needed to match old leaf springs and bolts. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After installing them, I realized they were rubbing due to trailer configuration. They offered to help fix the issue the following day in their huge shop. I was in and out after they took care of my problem. I will be returning to get fenders, lighting and a new winch. Thank y'all.”
