“I thought I had a breach on my debit card and in zeal cancelled the card. After reviewing my account I realized that my debit card wasn't breached. I spoke with Amanda from Fidelity's corporate office and she helped me reinstate my card. The following day Amanda did a follow up, to let me know my card was reinstated. Great customer service at it's best! Thank you Amanda for your impeccable customer service skills and personal attentiveness.”
