“When inquiring about switching units Jenny was welcoming and nice! She reviewed our options and even allowed us to go and see the units right before closing! She got busy close to closing but still remained helpful and professional with the people coming in while assisting me. She even tried helping us save money which is a plus! She was patient reviewing all of our options. When closing out of the old unit Chavon was helpful and welcoming as well! These ladies were a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this location. “I had my things for 8 months. I had no problems, everything was in excellent condition. Everyone in the office was very friendly and super helpful. When I needed help with something several times I left my lock inside. They gave me a temporary one. I give them 100% in customer service and it is very clean and safe. The price was excellent the first two months. Very happy. The only thing that would be nice would be if they allowed you to have 24-hour access to your things, it would be more convenient for customers. But very good service. I recommend it. Thank you very much. Everything is close by ♥️”

“Had movers fill their truck from my pod and house in New Orleans. They carefully wrapped everything and worked quickly and then cleaned up after themselves. They delivered everything to my storage unit in Asheville and off loaded as carefully as they had packed it. Friendly, professional drivers and crew!Picture is how they had to back out of the parking lot because of the sharp dip but didn't harm the tree or scrape the ground!”
