The store has a very nice selection of popular outdoor brands and had everything customers were looking for. Employees are very helpful, very kind, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They work with customers to find the right gear, from clothes and shoes to backpacks and luggage, making a typically stressful purchase much easier. Their expert gear advice is considered invaluable. Staff are welcoming and work to accommodate special requests. While one experience noted a cashier who seemed annoyed, the highly recommended service from other associates made customers feel happy and well-prepared for their adventures, from summer hikes to international trips. The store helps everyone from seasoned adventurers to those just getting started make the most of their journey.
