βElizabeth was very polite and patient. She asked what I was looking for and brought out several options from the back. After trying them on, I choose the best fit. It is awesome to wear a shoe on my left foot again after 3 1/2 years in a cam boot and 4 surgeries. I thought it would be difficult to find shoes with a brace but that was not an issue and I'm happy about that. Will definitely return for another pair once my orthopedic inserts are ready.β

βjust discovered this place and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with DJ. she was so kind and attentive even though it was obvious i would not be walking out with anything. she offered to get shoes for me to try on and showed me how to correctly tie my own running shoes. As an absolute beginner to running she was so sweet explaining how to choose a shoe and other things. Not only that but the encouragement to participate in community activities like the weekly run group was beyond customer service. we need more people in this world like ms DJ.β

βFound a pair of Skechers in the store and liked them. Saw the Skechers outlet across the street and thought they might be cheaper there. Took a picture of the stock number and price. The outlet store was $9.00 HIGHER!! Went back to Shoe Station and got my shoes.β
βI've seen Shoe Carnival a million times, but never bothered to go in until about a month ago. Don't sleep on the Shoe Carnival!
Everything was great. They have a great selection for all your needs. Athletic, dress, work, casual. The whole family in one stop. (Well 3 stops for me, but that's another story.)
I was able to get work shoes for myself and all the kids new shoes for less than a pair of J's. The store was extremely well kept, everything was super easy to find. That's always nice when shopping with 3 kids.
The best part was the service. Every employee greeted me and made us feel welcome. They were knowledgeable about their products and promotions, and were genuinely helpful.
I definitely recommend Shoe Carnival to anyone looking to save some cash and get awesome kicks. I have my eye on some Chuck's so I'll definitely be going back soon. The employees were the best though, it's refreshing to get a consistent pleasant experience while shopping these days.β

βSo.. i wouldn't recommend going to the one in Lafayette they really don't have much at all to choose from. About 10-15 mins towards Baton Rouge from Lafayette is a town called Opelousas, and there is one by the Walmart that has way more stuff!.. definitely go thereβ

Very blessed to have her because let me tell you not every Buckle has customer service like her! She knows style!β
βWhen I went it was only two ladies. One was very friendly and helpful as I was getting Converse, the other lady had one of the most annoyed I had the audacity to be alive faces I've seen in a long time. I think they definitely need to reevaluate who's working there as others have stated very similar experiences.β

βIt's only a 4 because I couldn't find (don't think they carry) Disc Golf discs. Dicks has a very tiny selection so they're not helping any either ?. Otherwise, this is a good store!β
