“Was here for the Latin Festival, really nice. I do believe it was a missed opportunity without having any of the booth vendors from all over the different Latin countries to sell their unique items to the community”

“Beautiful establishment where the welcome is very pleasant. The friendly atmosphere with other travelers in the morning at breakfast is super nice, and the Cajun musical moment with Helaire (or John) is really pleasant and exotic! Thank you very much for these moments!The rooms are good, but the bathroom on the top floor is a little complicated to manage as a family. Blackout curtains would be welcome too! Some points deserve a little renovation.”
“Unique music venues with rustic decorations that really set the mood. Great music, friendly people, and nice location. Really enjoyed the John Waters inspired burlesque show. Why do I have to wait until August 31st for another great show. I think they could fill the place with shows like that at least twice a month. Very fun and excellent performances. As good as anything I have ever seen in New Orleans.”
“We visited in February and what was a shame was that there was only one person dressed in period clothing for a bit of entertainment... too bad it would have been interesting to hear more about Acadiwn . The penny village was very interesting with the explanatory panels! Small Cajun restaurant on site...but be careful some dishes are very spicy!!? Unfortunately dogs are not accepted, be advised and leave them at home!”

“The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was attentive, the pool was a nice cool off after a long day of motorcycle riding. And it was a short walk to bulldogs restaurant for Crawfish. Great local hotel, I highly recommend it”
“A brand new location for an event. The two rooms are absolutely beautiful. Interesting fixtures a d colors on the walls. Natural wood in the dance area. Just gorgeous for Any event. And I'm sure they will have great music as with the hideaway. I'm also sure they will have a great food Because the food at the Hideaway on Lee is outstanding. Can't wait to see what other things Hideaway Hall has to offer”
“I really enjoyed playing bingo at Johnston Street Bingo! The price is $18, which is very reasonable, and they even offer a kid's pack for 12 bucks. They have computer bingo as well. They also have a consession stand”
“saw cody johnson in concert last weekend, it was awesome! the cajundome is huge. the only problem is that the women’s bathroom is SOO far away from the floor. the men’s bathroom is right around the corner, but i had to walk all the way to the other side of the building to get to the women’s restroom. i had a great time though!”

“I say its more of a teenaged kinda club but, theres also a country side and its pretty chill. Theres a total of 2 pool tables 1 on each side. Theres also a pourch for smokers and people who just need air because, at times it gets crowded, but alot of us young people like that. Its like a big school renion I see alot of people I know. Lets just say friday is where its at! Also, theres ladies night on Wednesday sometimes its an ok crowd or its really dead bring people to cut up with on Wednesday and give the place a chance you might like it!”
“My experience with Ms. Rosa Isadore (Owner) was like interacting with my own Parent. She focused more on our grief and need and didn't focus on our wallet, which didn't have much. She and her Staff went to work and designed a State of The Art Memorial for my Brother that looked like we paid thousands of dollars. Stop spending your money with heartless Funeral Homes and call Ms. Rosa. I promise you she will walk with you, and hold your hand thru it all. Also her Sister Ruby Henderson is a 40 year Florist that can make your Flower dreams come true. We love you Rosa and Staff. And thank you for life.❤️❤️❤️”
“THE PLACE WAS PACKED TO CAPACITY. They only accept cash which is a hassle, but there is an ATM to get cash when you walk in so not really a big deal. Overall experience is great, my only concern is was there crowd control on site with the amount of people that was occupying at the time we arrived which was around 3:30pm on Saturday afternoon. Great family fun spot!”

“The front desk is very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff varies by day but we had one knock on our door while we had the DND sign out and our baby was sleeping; she rudely told us not to set our trash outside the door. This is common practice in hotels when you don't want turndown service but need the trash emptied. Other than that, we had great service during our stay. I will say that this hotel does not offer breakfast and does not have a pool. That's our fault for not checking before check in but just a heads up for anyone who might see this and is expecting breakfast.”
