“I cannot rate the service I received here highly enough. I was taken care of by Devin on 5/30/23. I was grieving, having to ship home my father’s and grandfather’s burial flags, along with a few of my father’s personal effects I could not bring home in my suitcase. Devin saw me come in, having to make two trips as I walk with a cane. I needed the store to package as well as ship, having no box of my own. Devin could have taken advantage of me, as I was so clearly distraught and not thinking. Rather, he was kind, gentle, and gave me every discount I was eligible for (I did have several heavy objects). He telephoned me within 30 minutes to let me know he had personally packaged my shipment. And when I received it as promised, I was overwhelmed with the care he had taken: EVERYTHING was individually wrapped in plastic to ensure it was protected against the elements, and placed so no matter how I opened the box, it was protected. I could not be more impressed and pleased with the service I received. The care and compassion I received made a difficult process a little easier to bear. I have the flags home, along with my father’s books to give to my son. Thank you, Devin, and thank you, UPS, for bringing these priceless things home to me.”

“We need to print our tickets for the essence festival. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place then we found FedEx. The staff was helpful and we were able to print our tickets for less than two dollars for the three day event.”
“I was there yesterday to get color copies. It was first time using that service there. Normally I would return stuff from Amazon. I needed a particular card stock, certain weight. The gentleman was so kind and patience with me. He went through a pile of paper to find that certain paper for me. When he made the copies, he took his time and make sure everything line up correctly. I really appreciated what he had done. It was nice to get excellent service without an attitude when you are requesting something. Definitely I will be back to use other services beside dropping off packages!”
“This store is under new ownership and runs smooth as a whistle. I walked in to a small line, yet was out the door within 3 minutes. No nickel and diming you over tape. The prior owner was a total bum. Good riddance.”

“The UPS store here is very nice. The worker was very polite and efficient. There was only one other customer there besides me, and she was in & out and so was I. It's located in a good safe spot. I live near a different location and use it regularly, just happened to stop here this once cuz I happened to be in the neighborhood, but if I ever need an alternate UPS location, this will be the one!! ?”
“I used to live in Nola, returned and spent over a week emptying my storage locker, producing 8 LARGE boxes to ship. Using this store I worked primarily with Christopher Wade who carried seven of the eight boxes from my car into the store. He assured me he would add extra tape and fragile stickers. I'm back in California now and all boxes arrived, With the fragile stickers. These guys are smart, courteous, And GOT THE JOB DONE! Great work! The ladies that work there are amazing, efficient and always very friendly. I am in and out quickly, which is wonderful! I will not go to any other location for USPS services now that I have started to go to this location.”
“Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.”
