Marjorie effectively communicated with us via phone and email leading up to our scheduled meeting. When we got there she greeted us with a smile and all of the figures and options laid out. We didn't feel rushed at all. She answered every single question we had. We're definitely going to start using Fifth District for all of our banking needs!!!!!!!!”

“I received great customer service from Melvin. He showed great concern for me as a person not just a customer. I wanted to get a loan but when I sat down to talk to him he asked about my credit and past history. He advised me to download credit karma and look on there to see if I had any questions or concerns. He really did his due diligence by not trying to sell me something but to help me understand how credit works. So, as I'm researching my credit I found somethings that were not mines and didn't even have a clue about. Once I get everything under control I will return to Melvin for more business than a loan. All staff members are always very polite and accommodating to my needs. Very few times I have issues that are normally my fault. Don't get excited. It literally has one room, but is packed with interesting information on the history of money. Nicely done. It takes about an hour to see everything.”

“Tulane/Loyola has been my main banking institution since I opened an acct with them back in 1993. I have never had a bad experience as everyone has always been friendly and welcoming. It’s now 2025 and most banking institutions members can attach their banking info to Apple Pay. I just called them for the 3rd time
and was told again that they are still talking about it. Im now trying to choose another financial institution as my main bank.”
