Extra Space Storage really came through for us at the last minute! My daughter is a student at Xavier University, right across the street, and we quickly realized we couldn’t travel with all of her belongings. Thankfully, Extra Space made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and even gave us great advice for planning ahead for next school year’s storage needs. The location couldn’t be more convenient—directly across from campus—so when it was time to pick up her things, my daughter was able to walk right over.
Highly recommend them for any Xavier students (or parents!) looking for reliable, safe, and convenient storage. We’ll definitely be using them again!”

“Jae is amazing! I came in around 5:45 PM this evening, and she was kind enough to show me to my storage unit, despite the fact the office was closing soon and it was raining heavily. She provided me with my gate access code, walked me to my storage unit (located on the 3rd floor), She could have easily provided me with my code and let me figure it out, but she went above and beyond to ensure I had the information necessary to do this on my own in the future. Her kindness and knowledge is truly unmatched!”

“I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically. Anytime I need storage I will definitely use NOLA Lock and Storage. Thank you for a real good deal.”

“Really good experience here. We only had one small complaint. The previous renter had some tar in a small spot on the floor. We only wish that it had been cleared up before we moved in. Outside of that, it was a great unit and we wish we could have stayed. Unfortunately we just couldn’t afford it an longer. We were there for 2 years.”
