Unfortunately there is no current availability, but I will definitely be checking back often to try and secure a place there. The atriums and the landscaping are beautiful and the area seems peaceful and quiet.”

“So far so great! Stacy, came in on her day off (who does that NOT ME ?) to make sure I got moved in. I relocated from Dallas, Tx, and she has been so helpful and so communicative during the whole process. From the Facetime tour to the INSTANT response to any questions I had. I definitely feel safe in my apartment w: the added security of having to have a Fob to enter and use elevators to security personnel. Its soo quiet and the pool view is amazing. Honestly, it feel like Im on a vacation when I sit out on my balcony & look at the pool. My apartment is soo spacious, the master bed and bath is what you would find a house. Ten STARS!!!!”

“Best apartment complex I've ever lived in! Christi was an amazing property manager and very attentive if you brought her any issues. The front desk concierge absolutely makes this apartment worth the price – I never worried about packages getting lost, they ensured tenants felt safe 24/7, and went above and beyond to help with groceries or food deliveries if they had the capacity. Since the parking garage was not attached to the building, the front desk would open the back loading dock if needed to assist with bringing in groceries. However street parking was pretty easy to find.The pool is on the smaller side but the outdoor patio was great. The gym has everything you’d want, including cardio machines, a yoga station, an Olympic weight lifting squat rack, and a large range of weights. The property is maintained well. Whenever I entered a workorder, maintenance personnel came the day of or the day after. They make sure the trash rooms are clean and come regularly for pest control. The only complaint I have about my apartment was the sliding doors in the bedrooms, so there was less privacy if you shared the apartment. The kitchen island was amazingly useful and there was soo much storage space, including a huge bathroom linen closet. The central air was well regulated and allowed us to keep our utilities pretty low. Overall the apartment caters to a young professional/ graduate student population so it can get pretty lively. However I’ve never had any issues with noise and all my interactions with fellow tenants were pleasant. Last but not least the location cannot be beat! Having a prime spot allows you to travel easily, either by walking or a quick drive to anywhere in the city, or quickly get on the highway if needed.”

Things you should know :
It is super noisy here. Louder than other apartments that I have lived in but for the most part neighbors are respectful of quiet hours. I would say to try and tour your unit at high traffic hours to get a feel for it.

The staff is is SUPER friendly and helpful!! This honestly makes all the difference when dealing with any issues that arise.

Repairs/Construction is a little tricky. Ive had seamless repairs done and then I have had some repairs done that leave a little eye sore. It's an old building so I assume this is to be expected but something that I did not think about prior to moving in.

The pet park odor is rough.. They spray it down during the day but if you end up in a unit near by, be aware that it is a bit of a nuisance.

Cleanliness of the facility is hit or miss - again, if you have good neighbors it will be far better of an experience.

Overall, it feels like HOME. Things truly are getting better here !”

“Nice apartments in a quiet and safe community. When we moved in, the apartment was newly renovated, clean and nice! The office staff are so friendly and maintenance requests are always handled in a timely and professional manner. The extra amenities (pool, gas grills, gated parking) also make this a great place to live!”

“I truly enjoyed staying at this property! I’ve stayed at Park Oaks for close to 3 years and I had no problems! The complex is under 15 mins to get into the city and feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Big Easy. You’re close by restaurants, gas stations and a few grocery stores so that’s also a plus too. Although they are modern units, renovations are happing to certain units. If you luck up on seeing an availability, take it!”

“This is the perfect place for our little family. It’s a very convenient location. I am a student at LSUHSC and it only takes me 4 min to get to school.The residents are nice and friendly. The apartments are very spacious with lots of natural light. Washer and dryer in the unit and free parking garage!Mathew, the leasing agent, worked with our schedule to make sure we had a smooth move in and was extremely helpful and welcoming.Overall we are enjoying our stay so far!”

Mercedes and her new management team has brought a level of professionalism, and attention to detail that has truly transformed the living experience here.

One of the first things I noticed was the improved maintenance and upkeep of the property. The grounds are always well-manicured, and any maintenance requests are addressed promptly. It's evident that the new management team takes pride in maintaining a high standard of living for all residents.

Another standout aspect is the enhanced communication from the management office. They keep us informed about upcoming events, maintenance schedules, and any important updates through regular emails and newsletters. It's great to feel connected and informed about what's happening in the community.

“It's a decent place to live. The maintenance staff personnel are exceptional in assisting with most issues in the unit. The office is staff personnel are people you can speak with concerning issues but the official response can be delayed. The parking monitor company will tow your vehicle if it's parked on the line and take into account that the spaces look to be accessible for compact vehicles. In a congested lot it's difficult for larger vehicles such as trucks/SUV's to park and residents to get out of their vehicles. The doors are constantly unsecured due to residents or guests of residents propping the doors open. I know it's only so much you can do to prevent that but safety is an issue especially in an unsafe city.”

“well im from st.rose and we love these apartments well we grewup in them but its nice the space in the livingrooms and the peace when you walk outside but i havent been back there in 6 years i moved in 2004 my grandma lived in river road i stayed in the apartments in the back . but they use to have swimming pools there closed because years back kids snuck in the pool and a 3 year old drowned the office OMG but once you get to know them there sweet people but the little short old black lady she mean as hell lol . well thats all i remember i had fun as a kid back there any one who wants to experice they first apartment should consiter theres . welcome or and no nosey people i like that just peace”

“Im sure the more negative reviews show up first, but in my experience NOLA Apartments has been incredibly responsive for me and my housemates all year. They are always quick to reply to emails and typically send a maintenance repairman within a few days of requesting. Kelly and Denny in particular have been so good to us. They are always more than willing to work with us, and are incredibly kind and understanding of college students’ situations and sometimes unique complexities.”

“I love living at the Seasons. It is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The people are friendly, and maintenance is usually done in a reasonable timeframe. Even a few small issues I have sent an email about, specifying no rush, we're still quickly taken care of. The appliances in our apartment are a bit dated, but the vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and full size washer/dryer more than make up for that. I recommend this apartment complex for sure!”
